I have never had a problem with any of the staff or Dds Lee. They have always been professional and very quick work. Unil this last visit. The two numbing shots shot pain up thru my nose, traveling up to the lower eyelid. I told them it hurt really bad, the pain was intense each time he injected there. Then when the drilling came I kept raising my hand, the pain was so severe. I kept saying it was painful. All I got was "it's almost done" and then the doc drilled again. From the sharp pain of the drill, to the end where the resin/filling was uv cured and the intense heat that was painful I have never been in so much pain from getting fillings. My tear ducts watered for hours, and my nose kept draining with it. The next day my soft tissue around my eyes were so swollen. I can only open my right eye partially as the swelling is so intense. Not a happy visit.

Went in due to wisdom teeth pain, they got me a referral and without me even asking they wanted to fix my front tooth for me that was chipped! It was so nice to have them complete my smile without me having to say anything. They got me in a week later for my front tooth filling and now I feel confident again! Feeling thankful towards Dr Lee and his staff 🥰

Had a great experience getting fillings. Once I went on the first day I was able to get an appointment the very next day and again the day after that. Didn’t take long for the fillings and it didn’t hurt. Dr. Lee is great.

I do like Dr. Lee and his staff is pleasant. And I did just find out ( I didn’t know this information previously, so I thought probably like most, that aren’t able to get private insurance; you are just being pushed aside) that when you have partnership or delta dental or whatever the insurance is called when you can’t get insurance through work; a lot of procedures aren’t covered until a tooth or teeth are falling out of your mouth or you have a severe infection! I could "feel" his frustration with being unable to help until it was an emergency…. It really isn’t the individual dentist fault. It is the system! They tell us how important our dental health is and how it affects our overall health, yet we can’t get the resources to take care of them until it’s too late😢…

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lee for years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The office and billing staff are friendly and efficient, and the office is clean with convenient, accessible parking. Dr. Lee goes above and beyond to support his patients, and he’s one of the few doctors in the area who accepts Partnership insurance. Highly recommend!

I use to be afraid to go to the dentist, but not anymore. Dr Lee and his staff make me feel comfortable each time. The Dr and his staff are very kind and caring.

Dr. Lee and staff are the best dental team in Redding. Professional in every way. Dr. Lee replaced a missing filling in my front tooth and you would never know it. Took him about 15 minutes start to finish and I am so pleased! Thank you Dr. Lee! You’re the best!
