Lakeside Oral Surgery & Implant Solutions

My experience was positive from start to finish. The receptionist was kind and understanding when I left my insurance card at home, took whatever information she had at the time and allowed my husband to bring it later on that day. Back in the patient room, my dentist clearly explained the procedure and fully answered my questions. Dr. Pamula eased my stress and did an amazing blood draw! I am so blessed to have chosen this office for my very serious dental work.

I called and talked to a girl at the front desk who said she was a nurse. I had oral surgery with Dr. Paula in the past and wanted his input on trouble I was having after an emergency extraction from another dentist (not that the dentist was a problem, I just wanted Dr. Paula or Dr. Warners insite on the issue I was having after an extraction. The girl at the desk had an attitude andcwas was very dismissive. And actually she flippantly gave me wrong information and accusing me off anxiety without knowing who I am. As a nurse she should know it's okay for patience to try to get information to advocate for their health. And even if they don't have an answer or want to speak on it she can be more polite about it. They use to be friendly there.

Had an implant inserted today by Dr Richard Wagner. He is the BEST!!!!!. Dr Wagner is the most knowledgeable and experienced dentist I have ever been to. Recommend him to all my friends and family. My neighbor recently had surgery at Lakeside Oral Surgery and raves about her experience. You will not be disappointed and the outcomes I have had are excellent.

I had some wisdom teeth removed a few months back and the process was much easier than I expected! I never had much pain and was back to eating normally within a couple days. Only needed one pain pill the first night to sleep. Dr. Wagner and his staff made me feel comfortable the entire time and I would definitely go back in the future for surgeries or implants.

Right from the start, as soon as I walked in to the office the front desk girls were so sweet. Kiara walked me back to the room and got my history she was the absolute best and made me feel so comfortable. My initial visit was at the Kenosha clinic and I was nervous having to go to the Racine office not knowing the people there. Kiara assured me she would be there and even promised to bring me back to the room. When I got to the Racine clinic, Kiara was waiting at the window for me (we are like best friends now for real) Not having the best experience getting my first wisdom tooth out a year ago I was very nervous going into this. I got into the room and Dr. Pamula came in asked how I was doing and started to place my IV catheter. I am not a fan of needles at all and it was the easiest least painful IV I've ever had (coming from someone who has a baby). My whole experience was nothing short of amazing and I will be back along with referring any one looking.

I had a great experience with the help from Kiera, and Vanessa. Also Dr.P was also great, considering I've had a previous nightmare dental experience they really renewed my faith in the dental industry.

Easy and seamless.. made me feel comfortable and cared for. Very transparent on the procedure and aftercare.
