Bright Dental

I loved these guys at first. Kind and understanding. I have gone thru the trouble to get fitted for partials. Now they are only open on Saturday. I also work on Sat. I have been working on these since Oct and now they are like sorry can’t help you . Offering no other options or even acting like they care at all. I have no idea what to do. I guess call the insurance and have them stop payment?

New patient here. The reason I chose Bright Dental was because they accepted state insurance and it was not too far from home. I took myself and two boys 4 and 6 here for our very first cleaning today. The check in lady was nice. They called for my first child and we got in the room and they called me into another room immediately at the same time. I felt uncomfortable leaving my two boys in the room to go to another. I didn't like how the dental hygienist didn't explain what they were doing when prepping. They just left the room to grab stuff without letting us know what was going on. When I was waiting in the room for the doctor I got up to check on my boys. The girl didn't seem gentle cleaning my child's teeth. I felt like it wasn't a thorough teeth cleaning for myself or my boys. I had to ask your done already? They didn't floss any of us like we are used to at other dentists offices. I told the guy my teeth felt griddy and he asked what do you mean. I said they don't feel clean. So he used the grinder not the toothbrush tool. It hurt so bad from sensitivity that I jumped up and said ok I'm done and I went to watch her clean my son's teeth. His teeth cleaning went extremely fast and didn't seem thorough either. She said all done and didn't direct us out or anything. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and weird experience. Do not recommend.

If I thght this place was no good before it is worse now. Especially the new dentist lady. So rude and disrespectful. Then ppl wonder why. However, i will absolutely not recommend this place nor will I ever return. And fyi I am not talking about the secretary or other staff. The actual dentist is the worst

Horrible experience! Was Scheduled for a triple extraction. Wasn’t expecting to be stabbed in my throat with the tool and got no apology or pain meds, roof of my mouth has scarring from improper use of the numbing needle. Very rude and unprofessional and rushed service.

We liked the original dentist and staff, but every time we had a visit they call and cancel. But if we call and cancel or change our appointment we get a nasty message that we were no-shows. On top of this, the new dentist referred me to an oral surgeon in Chicago. The central scheduling means we don't get to talk to someone in the office we attend. And the bridge they made for me is completely unusable, doesn't fit and makes me choke. Unreal. Looking for new providers asap.

My girlfriend went in for impressions and waited a month and they told her they lost her impressions so she has to start over what a terrible business never go their that dentist doesn't know what she's doing

This place is simply amazing. I’ve been to quite a few dentists but I feel very comfortable here and for my kids. Dr. Aqil is very kind and explains every part of the process. He makes sure his patients are okay during the process. He’s very patient with me and my children. The receptionist is also very friendly. She always asks if my kids would like coloring books and things to do. We definitely found our primary dental office.
