Joseph Kayne, DDS

Dr. Kayne was recommended to me by a friend when my insurance changed. Best recommend ever. My first experience with a tooth repair was yesterday. I don't like to have my teeth worked on, causes me anxiety, but yesterday was awesome. I loved that he recited poems/stories that he had written, put me at ease while he worked. Then when he finished me gave me a mirror to check his work. He had an awesome way of making me feel at ease and confident that his work would be nothing but professional.

if you get Mckaylie at the front desk and you aren’t getting the billing worked out smoothly ask for Karina is the insurance coordinator because she knows more about insurance. If she isn’t there ask for Mikayla is the office manager (not in on Mondays). Make a phone appointment in advanced with your insurance agent for the end of your appointment so they can explain to the front desk anything that they don’t understand.

So impressed with this office and with Dr. Kayne! I went to a different dentist a couple months before I came here, and they didn't inspect my teeth very well and missed that I had 2 cracked teeth that needed attention. Dr. Kayne picked up on it right away. Not only were the staff exceptionally friendly, but more than accommodating to get me scheduled in a timely manner and taken care of. They were all so pleasant and kind, and Dr. Kayne was phenomenal with the care that he gave me! He was patient, answered all of my questions, and was very receptive to my whole experience of having my teeth fixed. I would highly recommend this office of skilled professionals to anyone!

Going to the dentist is not something I relish doing. However, everything about my visits to Dr. Kayne's office at Rock Canyon Dentistry is wonderful. The staff is professional and friendly. The clinical staff takes their time and is very through. Dr. Kayne is kind, through, and takes the time necessary to ensure you have a great visit. I have been to very few dental offices where I have been made to feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Kayne. "Two enthusiastic thumbs up!" 🙂

So I need to share what a wonderful great experience I had at the Rock Canyon Dentist office. I walked in nervous but the front desk staff immediately gave me the warmest welcome which put me at ease. It took only a short couple of minutes before I was taken back to get ex rays and a cleaning. The music playing was so soothing and beautiful helping me to relax. The hygienist came in and we started talking. She was so friendly and interested in what I had to say, that I forgot what I was even there for. The cleaning didn't hurt at all. She was so careful not to hurt me and I was so thankful for that. When Dr. Kayne came in to check me, he spent extra time making sure each tooth was clean and I didn't feel hurried or that he was a busy man. He was also honest about the work that needed to be done. My experiences with Dr. Kayne have been nothing short of fantastic. The extensive (and extra) training through the military is evident from the beginning. However, what I notice and appreciate the most is his sincere concern for my well being as the patient! He listens to my concerns and is able to put me at ease.
