Kroger

Corporate needs to investigate the pharmacy. My father is 70, on a cane and needs his medication. The pharmacy be closed MORE than open. He has tried to get his medicine everyday this week from 8am -12pm and 1pm to 5pm, neither time was they open. A closed sign was on the window every time he pulled up to get his medicine. Please find out what is going on with this store. The woman in Customer service was rude to me and my daughter. If she does not want her job, that’s on HER. I wear a bonnet because I have alopecia. Do not be rude to those that wear bonnets. Keep your hostility outside the store.

Decent place, clearly has less available than the one in Suffolk because of the location. No clothing for example. Associates are always helpful, love doing pick up.

December 11 2025: I went to Kroger in Portsmouth Virginia today and for some strange reason it says parmesan cheese is a snack when it is not and my food card would not let me buy it the day support staff had to buy the parmesan cheese for me. I am not happy with that.

The outside of the store is very clean. The attendants are hard at work picking up baskets in the parking lot. As I enter the store I notice how clean it is. And at this hour there's not a lot of people.

Every time I go to this Kroger the wait time is long. I call the store and get transferred to the pickup department and no one answers. When I went yesterday there were no other cars and I still had to wait 30 minutes

Awesome staff. Everything you could want in this store. Fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood and everything in between. They have clothes and houseware, health and beauty, home goods and even a Starbucks! Stop in and check them out!!! I will be back often!

Went to Kroger on Fredrick Blvd with my mom, who just recently had a hip replacement, there was only one scooter(being used) & the rest were broken. Staff were rude. Have to do better
