I had an amazing experience while having an extraction done by Dr. Kim and the dental hygienist (I forgot her name). You wouldn't normally equate a good experience with such a painful procedure but nonetheless Dr. Kim was very quick and efficient. Keeping in mind to minimize my pain before and after the procedure. I have also had multiple fillings completed by Dr. Lee and each time he made sure to listen to my feedback in order to insure they were done the outmost satisfaction. I have had the worst experience with my previous dentist; not only by their lack of quality but also being dismissed with concerns of pain or something not feeling right after a procedure. If you want a dentist that explains everything from beginning to end and their goal is for you to be pleased with whatever procedure they are performing on you. I would highly suggest you give them a call. They have great availability and also do Walk-In appointments if it's emergency. They also work around your budget and offer different financial options.

Every thing was done on time and with a professional approach. Dentist spent enough time with me and make clear observations and recommendations for my dental requirements. Specialists were appropriately called in to provide additional advice and support for the examination. Well done.

First impression from just walking in, the office's energy feels calm and balanced and the set up is very nice from the lobby to the order of the rooms needed for certain care. Everyone's respectful and works efficiently, their testings are thorough to ensure the patient is getting the exact care needed, nothing more or less, they're honest and their pricings are fair, their scheduling works great for my work schedule, they're patient and detailed with direction, and they have multiple payment options for those without insurance. From what i could tell, they have a really good connection with their patients. The receptionist even remembered my name after just the first visit. It was definitely a great experience for me.

Unethical company. Visited this location years ago. Their services were clearly covered by my dental insurance, as listed on the insurance website. They simply refused to send the insurance company the bill. I call them over and over again, wasting hours on the phone, and they repeatedly claimed they had sent it. I called the insurance company multiple times as well and nothing was ever received, so they were lying. After going through the same loop on this about three different times, I eventually gave up and paid the invalid bill. A hundred bucks is only worth so much time. Hard to tell whether it was intentional deceit or extreme incompetence, but in either case I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Really enjoyed the experience! Cass the business manager was kind, competent and pleasant. All the staff I met that day were nice and seem to know their stuff

All in all I was very pleased.I got right in made an appointment online.I knew the cost right away.And tomorrow, I get my temporary crown... Right here and you could have used another receptionist.Though I stood at the front desk for ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged, I was there... They all saw me and any one of them could have said hi, someone will be with you in just a moment... That was really weird.
