As of Nov17, 2025: They finally informed me they have a new address location: 1401 East Atlantic Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33060. Back Story: They were a great dentist. They’ve always had great staff and even helped me when I was younger. I took my daughter there due to my great experience with them. My daughter was on a braces treatment plan for over a year. The problem happened when they moved locations from 1711 Hammondville Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 to 2223 SW 2nd St, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 about September and October 2025. When we went to the location in October, there wasn’t any one there. A man in near office explained they left and went out of business. We thought he was pranking us, but he was serious that they really left. We called with no response. Received a text saying they would open in 15 days, but time started to pass. Many phone calls and disappoints. My daughter teeth started to shift and hurt. The reason I didn’t like this experience is because up to that day we were receiving appointment reminders as if it was business per normal, we had to miss other appointments to drive there. I just wish the proper communication about appointments and next steps. Due to those reasons I left a 3 star review. Praying the individuals that work there are ok and the business itself improves.

I am extremely upset with this place. I had a new patient dentist appoint where I wanted a cleaning which I did NOT get. This place had me waiting 2 hours just for a consultation back in May. I had medicaid dental plan then and was told by them 3 separate time over the ohone and in person they accepted my dental insurance and that they confirmed they were in network with them. So I went to them to get a quote on price. I came in for consultation for braces and after 2 hours of waiting for a Fn consultation, the doctor said he need to remove teeth and i disagreed and left. He didnt do anything. No service was rendered that required billing out of pocket expenses. He tried billing saying he did work for $400.. I got a new dental insurance in june and he tried to bill them as well. I called and am actuvely disputing all claims. Its not right.

I had an appointment in Sept to finish work to be done. I applied for the Cherry loan of $9000 to have work done on my teeth. They pulled my teeth & I am supposed to get the implants in Dec & still have another tooth that needs to be removed. I cannot get in touch with anyone there & I am paying over $300 per month to the $9000 loan and no work being done. At this point I do not know what to do. I’m very worried

The dental office is great . The staff is so caring and nice. I had a root canal done at the office in pompano Beach and dr Lewis was so gentle. He took his time . I felt no pain. My kids love them, also my son just gotten his braces and no pain he felt no pain. Finally I found a great dentist to care for me and my kids teeth. The ladies in the front are very respectful and kind. They always smiling and greet you as you walk in.

I can honestly say this location and the staff there are incredible! I’ve been a patient here for some years now and I am one of the most pickiest of people that has been through a lot with my teeth. Everyone in this office is so kind, hard working and always willing to go above and beyond. I love this establishment and don’t see myself trusting anyone else with my smile but them!

My experience with Dentist 4 Orthodontist has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had a scheduled appointment on Monday, 5/21/2025, to have my braces removed. The day before, I received a call telling me I had to reschedule to Thursday, 5/22 at 3 PM. I rearranged my work schedule and left early—only to sit in a hot, uncomfortable waiting room (with no A/C) for over two hours, not being seen until 5:15 PM. When I finally got to the back, I asked about my retainer, only to be told I wouldn’t receive it until Tuesday, 5/27. This made no sense since I was there in person to have my braces removed. I was then told that if I had booked an earlier appointment, I could’ve had it ready sooner—which I later learned was not true, since they were the ones who changed my appointment time in the first place. After going back and forth with staff for nearly 30 minutes, they suggested I keep my braces on for another month and return later. I was shocked. I finally gave in, had my braces removed, and was told to return on 5/27 for my retainer. Then, I received yet another call pushing the date to Monday, 6/2, and again to Thursday, 6/5. This is completely unacceptable. I paid a lot of money for my orthodontic treatment and was told my teeth could begin shifting within 48 hours. Yet, it will now be two full weeks before I receive my retainer. The constant rescheduling, misinformation, and lack of professionalism have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this office to anyone. If you're considering them, I suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable and respectful care.

My husband and I pay out of pocket and highly recommend this place for affordable prices if you have to pay out of pocket! And most importantly their customer service! Everyone is polite and polite efficient in providing quick high quality dental care. From dental cleansing. Root canals, braces and much more! The truly make you feel like family! 💜
