I had such a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. However I’d like to put emphasis on a young lady by the name Brenda, myself being in management in an medical environment i observed the way this young lady conducted herself on a very busy day and it appeared that she was training two other young ladies and everyone was calling her literally all at once and I observed as she kept her composure and spoke very softly and still managed to provide them with the assistance they needed and I have to say Congratulations young lady becuz this is a rare find I hope and pray that management recognizes ur potentials and value to their company. And I cannot leave our Dr. Julio this doctor was so gentle and kind the way he conducted himself from start to finish im still appalled becuz I’d had 5 different consultations at very upscale prestigious dental offices and to me this is where you’d expect this type of service being that the cost of dental work is quite expensive but that is not the case at all and I won’t elaborate on that but just a terrible experience .So yes everyone was professional, kind, and attentive, which really helped ease any nerves I had. The office itself was clean, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the care and respect I received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.Thanks to you all for an amazing experience!!!

My name is TRYMEKA STAPLES. I am a patient of Dr. Julio Salas, D.MD. This man is an extremely caring dentist. He has a steady and gentle hand , his manner is very cordial. To me he is the best dentist ever! Also, his staff is very down to earth,friendly, knowledgeable about the front and back office, dental procedures,estimates etc., Marie Volcy or MJ is the very first smile that greets you at the front desk. She is a really sweet person. A true gem. I highly recommend this dentist and his staff . They are truly treating the clients like family. I highly recommend this particular office at 162 Powerline Road Pompano Beach Florida 33069.You will not regret it. They will treat you right 👍

They never answer the phone I will call them multiple times just for them to have me on hold for ten minutes just to be hung up on!

My experience at the clinic was fantastic. It seems like the staff made a collective effort to assist and they did so in a timely manner. Wait time was very minimal and staff was pleasant and helpful. I was particularly impressed by Novelette our nurse. She was informative and knowledgeable. She took time to go over my mom’s questions and concerns. We left feeling like all our concerns were taken into consideration and addressed. Novelette was caring and kind and just a joy to experience. Keep up the great work.

I have been trying to get an albuterol machine for weeks. I came to them on December 30 with breathing problems because urgent care told me to follow up and go to them to get a breathing machine. It is now January 23rd and they still haven’t even called me to let me know they ordered it. I’ve called over seven times to this office and they just continuously give me the runaround and let me know. The doctor is left notes. I’ve had to go to urgent care multiple times to get breathing treatments because they Will not do their job. This is probably the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever been to

Very unprofessional establishment. I have made four appointments between the months of October and January. Three of them have been canceled by the staff. Two of them didn’t tell me it was canceled untill I got to the office. One of them they called my cell phone while I sat in the office to cancel my appointment. Dental health is very important and this office does not emit this energy. Seriously considering changing dental providers.
