I strongly recommend aspen dental in Pompano Beach. The employees are always welcoming and make me feel at home. DR. Benzenhafer is careful and precise. Very gentle hands. Also I can’t stay enough great things about my experience with Natasha. She is very detail and my teeth never felt better with her care. Thank you to that team and keep up the amazing work.

I'm so happy I found Dr. Fred! He's wonderful and very caring. His staff is top rate also. Looks like I'm going to need a bit of work, but with this team, I'll do fabulous!

Dr. Fred has built an excellent team, equipped with experienced, kind & professional staff. They've now very adroitly assisted me with 3 much-needed crowns in the past few months. I'm most appreciative of their expertise & commitment to quality & doing the right thing by their patients. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a patient for a few months, and the unprofessionalism has been a constant pattern. My appointments are always delayed or pushed. I called about pain a few months ago, they left me on hold for almost 30 minutes and never called back. This week, they called to confirm my appointment and I missed the call due to work. I called back to confirm and was left on hold AGAIN for several minutes, so I proceeded to confirm my appointment online. I then received a call to reschedule because the hygienist "wouldn’t be in." Why did we call to confirm in the first place then? I feel as if I’m always being pushed out. I’m sure if I go there tomorrow there’s a hygienist! Poor communication, constant delays, and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this office.

Great experience. I got a deep cleaning which was 10/10 and I took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth. They really make you feel comfortable. Thank you!

⸻ My Story: I was flying down to Florida for a vacation when, an hour into my flight, my front tooth broke — broke right off! For someone whose smile is her most significant characteristic, it was absolutely devastating. As soon as I landed, I Googled "emergency dental" and found Aspen Dental, a name I recognized from many ads and offices in New York. Within a few hours, I had an appointment scheduled at the Aspen office in Pompano Beach. From the moment I arrived, I was treated kindly, gently, and so quickly and efficiently — it was truly stunning. Here’s a picture of me with my temporary smile and the wonderful tech who worked with me. I’ll be getting my permanent crown in just a few days before heading home. What could have been a vacation disaster turned into a story of relief and gratitude, thanks to the amazing team at Aspen Dental

This location of Aspen Dental is absolutely amazing. I do not have insurance and I am self pay. With that being said here are a few things make this particular practice/location the best. 1. They are upfront about any and all costs and are extremely fair, reasonable, and will even take Afterpay if you have it. 2. Everyone that is employed there treat you like a normal human being. They are extremely pleasant, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and understanding that you dont have insurance and are not looking to clean your account out. 3. The doctor and staff truly care about their patients and their well-being. They have always shown me respect, understanding, and most importantly I have never felt judged by past mistakes on why my teeth are they way they are. (They are not horrible however I never used to go to Dentist's office because of things mentioned above.) I went in today for an extraction that I couldn't have done back in April (when I visited for my first extraction due to financial reasons.) I was scheduled for their first appointment which was at 8 am. I saw the Doc right away, extraction happened, and I was out the door and on my way to work by 8:35 am!!! That is amazing service and care by the Doctor and his staff. He didn't rush anything either! You will not regret going to this location of Aspen Dental. I know I am not the only person who doesn't like going to see the dentist however, this location has really changed the way I see things.
