Worst experience ever. I went twice and never again. I only did a teeth cleaning both times which were performed in literally 8 min and painful. She told me I didn’t have any cavities ( BS because I do) and I told her my molar was bugging me. She took a look at it and said "yes your molar 🦷 is exposed" but no way to solve it, no suggestions of what to do ( what kind of dentist does that? A bad one!). It felt like she didn’t want to work or was in a bad mood. I was in and out in 30 min with the wait in the lobby, check in, X-rays taken, tenth cleaning and polished ( if they can call it that way) and appointment for the next cleaning which I won’t do. That says it all, Very bad experience, never again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Don’t waste your time

Would not recommend coming here. What should have been a short 6 month treatment for me was extended due to long wait times (was in the waiting room for over 1 hour), appointments getting cancelled or moved by the dentist office continuously. Dr. Madure would yell at her assistant, and generally was so condescending towards her and it was noticeable for us as clients/patients. Procedures were painful and after years of going to this dental clinic I genuinely don't see a lot of improvement in my teeth. In fact, due to continuous filing that she performed, now the spaces between my teeth are worse. Please don't go here.

If I could write less than one star for a review, I would put it for less. The lack of communication and the inefficiency of the procedures really made me hate coming to the dentist. Every single time I would end up with pain and they did nothing to stop or slow the procedure so it wouldn't hurt as much. When I got my Invisalign retainers a year ago, I still was stuck with parts of the attachment that they never removed (even though they said they would during cleaning), and I only got it removed by another dentist after I left this establishment. The wait times for being seen is also astounding. I had to wait an hour in the waiting room once when I had an appointment, then another hour and a half in the chair while they were doing other things. Horribly unorganized, I do not recommend others to go here at ALL!

I was really disappointed with the lack of organization and clear communication at this office. I was quoted two different prices for the same procedure. At first, they told me my insurance would cover a portion of the cost. But when my partner went in for his appointment, they suddenly doubled the price and claimed it wasn’t covered by my insurance. This didn’t make sense, so he walked out. When I called to clarify, the receptionist didn’t seem to know what she was talking about and had to ask someone else for the correct information. It felt like they hadn’t even verified with my insurance and were just giving rough estimates. We truly wanted to give this place a chance, but the disorganization and unclear pricing left us feeling we couldn’t trust their process. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

I recently took my daughter to get her teeth cleaned and the dentist was very patient and kind! I came to get my teeth check out as well and she did a great job. I recommended Dr. Veena to many of my family members.

Dr. Veena Madhure has been providing care to my family for over a two years now. She is kind, considerate and very accommodating. She considers your case and provides guidance and care balancing patient’s concerns and required treatment. Her staff is always friendly and courteous and we are grateful to have her as our dentist.
