Sage Dental of Plantation

Dr. Z. Darojat attended to me at short notice. She gave me clear explanations of the treatment I needed and made sure I knew the follow up plans for my next appointment. The staff were very helpful and courteous in updating my medical details with my new health providers. I have been going to Sage Dental at Plantation for several years and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist that really cares for. Dr. M. Laska is my main dentist and he's absolutely brilliant!

Everyone was so nice and friendly, my son and I felt very comfortable. I hate dentist but they really took their time and explained everything, made us feel comfortable and very friendly and funny staff. Not pushy at all, as if trying to sell us a car lol. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Lasko and team were great.

Outstanding professionalism. Beautiful offices. Dr Lasko was great and just loved Tia the dental tech and John the hygienist was fast and thorough. I appreciate the printed summary of charges clearly indicating the insurance coverage and patient portion. Everyone was super personable and I was impressed by the diversity of the staff. Encourage the hiring of a Black dentist though. Otherwise, I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Dentist and hygienist are very good, but the corporate office and billing continues to be a pain. Refusal to provide statements of account is plain crazy as that has constantly led to over charges on my account. Been going there for over 10 years but after Sage took over from Gentle Dental billing has been a nightmare.

Dr Laska and his team are amazing and do phenomenal dental work. And Tia is the best! I highly recommend them. Just had three crowns put in with one of them being my front tooth.

My first visit to Sage. Since I came all staff were nice and sweet. Doctor Lazca took out my painful tooth in a professional, fast and excellent way. His Assistant and Radiology were wonderful. Ill be back to continue my treatment. Very happy.

Horrible communication -- they did not communicate that new patients do not receive cleanings. I waited for an hour to get a simple X-ray done and then was told they don't do cleanings for initial visits and was dismissed. Every place I've ever been to does cleanings for new patient initial visits and this place tricked me into wasting an hour and a half of my time -- an utter insult to me as a full time working adult and parent of 2 children. Not only was this treatment unacceptable, the equipment was old and out of date -- one of the reasons for the length of time needed for a single set of X-rays, which I haven't needed to wait so long for since 2007. My opinion is that if they feel the need to insult my intelligence just to bill my dental plan for multiple visits, then they must be in trouble financially -- a statement made evident by the apparent state of the equipment used here. My advice to the owners: if you can't operate with a satisfactory level of professionalism and respect for new patients, then you shouldn't be operating because you're not going to get any patients this way. Don't believe any of the 5 star reviews -- they're either completely out-of-date or seeded by interested parties, i.e., individuals or agents of the practice itself, and can't be trusted at all.
