It was my first time coming and everyone I met welcomed me to the office for the first time which felt good that they each realized it was my first time there. Everyone was very transparent concerning expectations and cost. They also provided a breakdown of what they were doing and the positive impact it had on my dental health I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel comfortable during a dental experience.

I have been a patient at Polished Dental in Morningside for about 2 years now and have been very happy with all of the visits I've had- cleanings, fillings and more extensive dental work. I have a long standing dental fear and Dr. Capp and the rest of the team at Polished were very kind and patient when I had to get a crown on a tooth and was quite frightened about the process. Recently I chipped a tooth and was able to get in for an emergency visit within a day. The office itself is very modern and clean and the prices also seem quite reasonable. I recommend Polished all the time!

Everyone was so nice. I love that everything is so up to date, X-rays were done so easy. The place is very clean, and the dental hygienist did a perfect job on my teeth, I had a lot of plaque and she removed it all. My teeth felt so clean after she was done and it didn’t hurt at all! The staff updated me with the cost and what my insurance covered and what my copay would be before they did anything. This place is very professional and I will recommend to all my friends.

Had a great new patient experience after my former dentist stopped taking my insurance. The office is super clean and welcoming, and I appreciated how thorough my initial visit was. Providers were exceptionally considerate about my comfort, sharing information and asking for consent throughout the appointment. An overall great experience and an office I'd definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough good about polished dental! Coming from someone with extreme dental anxiety from past treatment/doctors not listening, it took me 13 years to go back. I was extremely nervous and it took me two years from the initial appointment (11/3/25) to get through the doors (yes I cancelled multiple times right after making the appt). The staff was lovely from the front desk to Dr. Nick and Nicole, I couldn’t be more grateful. We did the full work up including X-rays and a good gum cleaning. Dr. Nick was easy going and went through everything with me (my work up was much better than I anticipated) and it was easy to understand a clear path moving forward. Nicole was awesome! She asked multiple times during my deep cleaning if I needed a break, more numbing gel, and overall if I was doing okay. Never in my life have I experienced that type of care at a dentist. I am so happy I found polished and will be a lifelong client. My teeth truly have never felt better. I write this review of course to recognize the office and how great they all were. I also write it for those with crippling dental anxiety. I’m talking the unknown of what is going on in your mouth, to negative past experiences, to just not wanting to go-trust me when I say it was worth it. Polished was a relaxed environment (let me wear my headphones), were thorough with the exam/treatment plan, and it is one practice that I truly feel they care about the patient and not the dollar sign attached. If you’ve been struggling to go to the dentist, give polished a try. Dr. Nick and hygienist Nicole by far exceeded my expectations and everyone in the office was so kind! I mean it when I say if I can do it you can to! I highly recommend! Thanks for such a positive experience!

This is the BEST dental office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is SO kind, patient, and explain things so well. I haven’t been to a dentist in 3 years so I was feeling some shame and guilt because I need some work done. They made me feel so comfortable and were able to get me in for a cleaning this morning because I really needed it. I even high-fived the receptionist because my quote for the work I need done was a small fraction of the actual cost. Thank you all for being incredibly wonderful! I don’t feel any shame or guilt now and I’m looking forward to fixing some of these teeth!

The dental hygienist Nicole was fantastic today. Most conscientious and thorough cleaning ever. Also very informative and educational as well. Best 45 minutes in a dentist's chair ever!
