I would like to share my story. I moved up here from Florida. I had been told for 20 years that I could not get implants because I did not have enough bone to perform the service. I had resigned myself to have a partial for the rest of my life. When I moved here, I went to Brookline for a new partial because a dentist in Florida screwed up the teeth that connected my partial, I had so I have gone "toothless" for a couple of years because of the mess the Florida dentist did to me. Which is quite embarrassing. I was shocked that the dentist at Brookline informed me he could indeed put in implants and build back the bone to be able to perform the implants! I am beyond thrilled I no longer will go "toothless". The professional treatment and care given to me was way beyond my dreams. A huge thank you to Brookline Dentistry for working to correct the mess my teeth were in! He took time to help me and make sure I was comfortable during every procedure and was worth every moment. My son is now a patient there as well. Also, a huge thanks to the front desk ladies especially Karyn. I would recommend Brookline for all your dental needs.

Unfortunately, in recent years this dentistry has went terribly wrong. The new dentist there, are completely incompetent. I went in for a cleaning and they said I have 2 slightly cracked teeth, they sold me on getting crowns for those two teeth. Office lady’s asked if I wanted pre authorization prior to continuing the work on my teeth and I say yes. They then schedule me to come a few weeks later to do my molding on my teeth for the crowns and decided they would make temporaries and shave both my teeth down then (this was the female dentist that is only there once a week or something like that). She failed to numb me completely and was getting completely annoyed by me when I asked her to stop and re numb my mouth due to her initial incompetence. After about an hour of her shaving my teeth down we were done. They stated crowns should be here in 10-14 days and would reach out to me when they do. On the 13th day they called and said my insurance will not be covering the crowns and I’d have to pay 1000 additional to the 500 I’ve already spent. But guess what, my teeth are already shaved down and I’m in excruciating pain. Went back in and the other newer dentist there said I need root canals on both of those teeth too(not sure how the first dentist didn’t catch this). So I get root canals done and find out from my insurance provider that they never denied the claim but were only inquiring more information due to the fact that the first dentist/office staff only sent my insurance 1 X-ray of my mouth without any addition information or any explanation whatsoever. I went to a different dentist to get the rest of my work done and lost out on 500 I already spent. Oh, and by the way, the next dentist had to redo the route canals for a cherry on top. Avoid this place.

Next practice ever. Everyone is so friendly. I never miss a cleaning and if something is needed they usually accommodate me right away.

Would highly recommend Brookline Family Dentistry. Everyone there was very helpful. I recently had an implant and am very pleased. Dr. Ahmed was excellent. Was put at ease in a comfortable setting. Questions and procedures were explained with patience in a caring atmosphere.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, Kristin and everyone that works there is great! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for dentistry to check them out.
