I love Bright Now Dental Pico Rivera! The office staff is unmatched. I called an made an appointment, now how nervous I am about dentist offices. I had some pretty bad experiences. They Made me feel comfortable and confident, that everything is going to be fine. Well I’ve been back several times for different services and each time it gets better. Thank you Bright Now Team! You’re amazing and wonderful! The Stephens family❤️🎁

Good work and nice staff but they over book patients and jump around. What should have been less than 1 hour procedure toom nearly 3 hours with the bulk of the time sitting and waiting. 5 min impressions became 25 min. Disappointing, I heard great things and was very hopeful when switching to this dentist.

We’ve been attending this dental office for a couple years now. Things that I like: staff are friendly. They explain to me what they’re doing. They are good with my child 👧🏻 and make her feel at ease knowing she has an appointment. They listen to her as a 10 yr old and address her concerns. They give feedback as to what we need to work on or how to properly floss, etc.

Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable dentists. If you’re afraid of the pain of getting work done, don’t be. They are very gentle and you leave with a big smile

Nice people but They had me waiting for a cleaning for over an hour. At least 5 people checked in after me and ALL went in before me. All they said to me was sorry and gave me no reason to why. I feel they were just taking advantage of me being a first time patient. I'm sure their loyal to their current clients but I'm glad to take my business else where.

I was impressed with the professional and friendly attitude of the staff. The office was clean and attractive. I was most impressed by the explanation of my current dental health and the honesty of the dentist. I would recommend this office!

The staff was wonderful sweet nice caring very helpful very considerate. For the rest of it my mom told me if I couldn't say anything nice not to say it at all was totally disappointed and was very aggravated and disgusted the way the person I took was was done I called it totally disrespectful but anyway like I said my mom said not to talk if I couldn't say nothing nice so now I will be quiet.
