Like all walmart supercenter spefically the one that I visit for looking for houseplants they have good price and a lot of stock sometimes for us good to got a lot of choices

I have ordered groceries on the app and then picked them up curbside. It’s very convenient. The staff is always friendly and nice. My order has always been correct, and neatly packaged. Thank you!

I ami'm actually giving this a five stars because I had a young lady.I'm pretty sure her name is wada i hope that's the way it was spowed. The time was about 230 on January 31st. She helped me at the counter. She helped me with my cards. I was new at using them. And she really took the time to help me and explain everything. And get me the best price. I really thank you for your kindness. It was such a blessing to meet you today and thank you.So much

I had an appointment at 6pm...it's 7:20 PM and the mechanic came out to say it wasn't even started. While in the waiting room there's been two other customers that came in that have had problems with their cars due to the work by the mechanics here. Putting two tires on is manual hard work however it doesn't take two hours to do especially when you have an appointment scheduled at 6 PM. Again, it's now 7:20pm. My time has been wasted. I do not recommend go somewhere else.. I would have taken my tires that I bought to a different place to install however, I really wanted the Walmart warranty, which is the only reason I'm waiting to have them install them.

Walmart Bethany Home pharmacy. Will never use them ever again. It's only February 21st and I have had to acquire 4 different prescriptions for one product this year because of inventory problems. They run me between stores to get them filled because you can't transfer narcotic prescriptions between stores. Latest interaction without warning was told they were out and not going to order anymore. I've had a couple instances before i.e. insurance or something but at least because of the nature of the product would warn me in advance and make sure I had a months supply until issue was resolved. So blessed to be moving to CenterWell Pharmacy or these people would have me in the hospital for withdrawals. Which they have done before. Didn't even care, no compassion or forgiveness. Yes I'm addicted but have been on these things for 15 years. Never having any encounters like this when I lived in Ohio, Kentucky or Florida. I've been in Arizona for 6 years worst pharmacy I've ever seen. They dropped me like a hot potato. Not good for a chronic pain patient. Not only this problem at Walmart Bethany Home at Walmart 35th & Southern they could never find my prescriptions. I did wind up in the hospital once suffering withdrawals because they couldn't find the prescription. Even after several attempts, managers and additional prescriptions submitted by my pain management doctor. I've got enough issues without Walmart adding to them. So glad to be moving on Have suffered enough here

I was not happy at all with my visit to this store. I fully understand this time of year is hectic for employees and shoppers having worked in retail myself. I went through the self checkout to purchase two gifts for my mother in law. I selected the option to obtain gift receipts for the two items. I went through all of the prompts including selecting the apply to all. When my receipt printed it only printed my main receipt. I asked the young man overseeing the self checkout out I needed a gift receipt. He asked if I followed all of the steps and he checked to make sure the printer didn’t have an error. Instead of trying to resolve the issue he basically made me feel like oh well you’re out of luck but go over to customer service because they are the only ones to help. I go there and the clerk was like we can’t reprint but will have to just return and rebuy it. This makes no sense because most retailers can simply override and reprint a gift receipt off of the original receipt with out having to jump through hoops . Walmart needs better equipment clearly with all the billions they make annually. I did tell the customer service clerk that he needs to have a coaching opportunity with the self check out clerk so he is not sending people over to customer service thinking the process of getting a gift receipt would be quick and easy.

First I want to be clear that the five stars that I'm giving this Walmart service center are for the two females that work there Morgan and Lillian. Those two provided great customer service, know how to deal with customers, and are awesome when it comes to knowing what they're doing. There was a tiny incident that happened when I first arrived and if it wasn't for those two I probably would have walked out but they saved a day for Walmart and their service center and the rest of their employees should probably take note as far as how to talk to customers and to be courteous in every situation Morgan and Lillian I give you two five stars for all your help today you girls rock! Also the manager that came and worked things out between me and the team lead is awesome as well.
