The office was clean, staff knowledgeable and Dr was thorough. I went in for the hygiene promotion $39. I'd say that's an exceptional offer. I worked for very high end Dental offices from back office Lead assistant to management even treatment coordinator positions for many years so I do have high expectations. My only concern or lose end here was the doctor that evaluated was not going to be the same doctor to evaluate my teeth for veneers or composite feelings on my front teeth. I was also recommended aligning my teeth with ortho trays. I left empty handed no ideas of the costs for veneers vs composite restorations or the recommended ortho. As a treatment coordinator I woulda presented both options ( I'm paying cash) for the patient to take home with the cost of ortho which the diagnosing dentist recommended. It leaves one still calling around for prices. I enjoyed the staff and visit. I'd highly recommend them for the cleaning promotion. I feel confident in filling my cavity with the doctor here. The facility is clean and all the employees were happy even for a Saturday afternoon appointment.

I arrived to Trusmile🦷 as a nervous person and left as a established patient.🙂 The staff was amazing from the front desk to the time I received medical attention. Walked in as a new patient after scheduling online, and everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and never once made me feel judged for how long since my last cleaning it had been. The consultation was very informative and the cleaning was quick and easy. Excited to be back for my next cleaning!

Dr. Wilson and the whole team are amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The entire process was quick and easy, and they explained everything clearly so I always knew what was going on. Their technology is really impressive and made my visit feel a lot more comfortable and efficient than other offices I have been to. Communication was great the whole way through, both in person and when confirming my appointment.

TruSmile Ahwatukee was a 2nd opinion due to the extreme nature of a full arch implant procedure that I need to have. Though I have no complaints about the dentist I’ve been with for decades, except for the price difference. As for most ppl our teeth are very very important especially when your profession is in marketing, sales. Also, I’ve been known for my strong bright big teeth and smile. Unfortunately, due to health issues & surgeries within the last 5+years. My teeth have suffered. In fact, my first cavity wasn’t until I was over the age of 50. Anyway, the moment I walked into the office I felt a sense of calm & inviting. The whole staff was welcoming. Tracy who takes care of the financial aspect eased my anxiety of the cost. I was more than just a number. I had asked if they could somehow use my original teeth ( saved all my teeth and baby teeth) to form my new ones. But, the system isn’t that advanced enough. Either way, I feel that my 2nd opinion will be my first choice. I’m looking forward to giving my review once it’s finished 🙏🏼

I have great respect for this Trusmile’s location for their professionalism and friendly cleanliness environment. I feel my recent visit was great in all aspects; however, my teeth cleaning process was not as detailed as I expected. I hope it would be more details on my next visit. Best experience I've had at any dentist this far. Usually I'll go to a dentist for a bit and then fizzle out, but everyone here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to truly care and take their time to make sure everything is explained and you feel comfortable at each stage. Diana is particular was fantastic, as well as everyone in reception
