Phoenix Smile Dentist Office absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized. The office itself is spotless and modern, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about patient comfort and long-term dental health, not just getting you in and out. Even the hygienist was gentle and thorough — probably the most comfortable cleaning I’ve had in years. If you’re looking for a dental office in Phoenix that’s professional, friendly, and actually makes going to the dentist a positive experience, this is the place. Highly recommend!

My first time there a few days ago everyone was so friendly and helpful. Talked me through all my procedures and explain to me what was each step. They made me feel like they care and very comfortable. I love that I switched my dentist office there . Looking forward to my next appointment.

Fear of dentists & pain have kept me from going to the dentist for over 20 years. A team of 4 individuals helped me while I was there. All 4 had the best and most calming bedside manner helping me get through the x-rays, explaining in great detail what was required. I was anticipating a full set of dentures, but they assured me my teeth were good and I just needed the deep cleaning. I booked two follow-up visits for the deep cleaning and now am actually looking forward to having that work done. I would recommend them to anyone, but especially those with anxiety and fear of dentists.

Friendly and honest. My case is complex and Dr. Eddie referred me to another dentist that was better suited to deal with my case. The patient advocate was amazing and gave detailed information. Highly recommend.

I’ve been driving by this spot ever since I relocated my workplace from Deer Valley. I always been telling myself, man I wonder if I should pay them a visit. Because of the advertising in the front, this has to be worth checking out. I stopped by during lunch because of pain of a broken tooth. So when I made an appt, yes I was afraid to go but manned up. From the greeting from the receptionist to the techs and Dr. I was impressed on how they were to me. They are an amazing group of professionals and the experience there felt unreal. I am more than happy to experience the Love they have with their pts. They listened, and help me understand that all my questions and concerns were answered. Thank You Smile Dental Clinics for being there when I needed you! You guys rock!

Just save your time and look for a better place. We Scheduled our appointment 2 days prior for an emergency appt. They got our insurance over the phone. Day of the appointment we filled out electronic forms (general forms, submitted insurance card again). We get a call that appt will be cancelled if we don’t pay a $50 "reservation fee".. we do so to not lose the appt. We come in just to be sitting in the office for over an hour and front desk tells us they cannot verify the insurance. I pick up my phone and contact our insurance and everything checks out. Meanwhile they still cannot. Apart from being unable to do a simple task they are rude. Asked for a manager and she is out sick with apparently no-one covering her. Opted for this place due to location (closer than our regular dentist) but shouldn’t have. Asked for a refund if no treatment will be given, said it will take 7days to process.. seriously? Horrible experience.
