Desert Smiles Dentistry did a very nice job in making me feel comfortable and kept me aware of all that was being done. Leslie was excellent with my teeth cleaning and I so appreciate her demeanor and humor. Dr Phillips was also so pleasant and informing. I appreciate all the staff and would highly recommend them.

When discussing treatment plans, Dr. Phillips ensured that his recommendations were always my choice. He was able to address my concerns the same day. I had an excellent experience during my teeth cleaning. Dr. Robles was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. Amanda, the hygienist, was incredibly kind and gentle while still being very thorough — easily one of the best cleanings I’ve had. The entire office was welcoming, efficient, and made the visit stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Robles and Amanda!

Have to tell you don’t leave A lot of reviews but this one was a pleasure. My wife and I have been to a few dentists locally and I’ve never made that connection that they actually cared. This office specifically on Bell Road is completely different from Janet to Sandy to Amanda to Jessica to all the Doctor Who worked on us thank you. Covid really put a damper on our dentistry. So happy we found this office. They’re all amazing including Darla the office Puppy. My wife and I are truly appreciative.

I had to get a tooth extracted so i was very nervous. At desert smiles dentistry they make you feel very welcomed, they are so friendly and kind it definitely helped calm my nerves. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist experience. The staff at the front are very helpful and knowledgeable plus my doctor actually seemed like he cared.

I wanted to love this place so much. It's close to home, clean, well kept... Most of the office, overall, *seem* to want to do the right thing but they just can't seem to get there. You have one dentist with an excellent bedside manner and another that really needs to go decaf and attend anger control classes. He literally berates staff members in front of patients. It's not comfortable. The front office coordination and behaviors are all over the map. Some their fault, some issues are just poor communication some (billing) have excessive control issues. I am frustrated with the lack of consistency. Maybe it's me, but I just can't seem to get a consistent experience from this office.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. The best customer service all the way around, amazing environment, and the best work team I have seen in a long time. I am grateful to have found this location. I just want to give a shout out to Janet, Melinda, Sandy, Jessica, kim, and Dr. Phillips for making my first visit memorable. If you’re looking for a great dentist office that cares about you, your health, and your smile Desert Smiles is your place to go. I also want to thank the other team members for their hard work but most importantly the great services they gave me. Thank you again for this great experience Janet and thanks to your team.
