Brighter Way Dental Center

My experience was always excellent i take my 2 boys and never had an issue. But the reason im giving a 1 star review is ONLY on behalf of my mother. Who wasn't as lucky with the experience. Since she has no email, she is indispose of giving her experience so as a result im leaving one for her. She had an appointment for her son they got there they called him in checked his teeth and within a couple of minutes was told she had to make an appointment? She was confused as to why she had to make another appointment when she was already there? So she got to the receptionist and asked why they had her reschedule her response oh looks like you gotta pay because he doesnt have insurance? But didnt make sense to her because he indeed had the insurance.. she was confused that she just said she'll call another time to reschedule.Mind you its 4 30 when he was given his appointment.As soon as they walk out, all the staff walked out of the building to thier cars. So for her it looked like they just wanted to go home and not stay late to work on the last patient so they gave her an excuse in order for them to leave. As she told me that i felt a little disappointed in them. Because they never disappointed me once. But i truly felt bad for her experience so im just expressing her feelings and concerns on her behalf.

It was my pleasure to have deep cleaning with America in Brighter Way Dental center. She cleaned my teeth carefully, gently, and thoroughly. She cleaned my teeth for about one hour while it was only about 10 to 15 minutes at other places. I don't have this good clean for many years. Thank you America.

It was a blessing to have Brighter Way Dental Center part of life. I invested my time to one of my one of my life decisions to go with people that so friendly staff. On my first day I feel that I am part of the family. Especially Dr. Mohammed Baghdadi, he is very nice person in and out. I can't express how he treated me as one family and welcoming doctor. I would like to give my big thank you for his work and dedication for what he is doing. I also amazed how the office or clinic was organized and clean. Thank you also for all the staff that work hard to make this successful and done a wonderful cooperation in every single process to make my procedure success in professional aspects. Thank you again Dr. Mohammed and all the staffs of Brighter Way Dental Center.

Other than the hygienist this place doesn't care about the patients. I was in the ER and I called to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow because I had to go to see a cardiologist and get a heart monitor. The lady the the front desk had zero empathy and was like we still will charge $25 fee to reschedule. I am going to find a new place to go to. These people don't care about anything but money. It's so pathetic how humans are nowadays. I don't recommend this place for anyone. They also lied and said I had multiple cancelations and no shows which is not true. They literally canceled on me because the hygienist called out but want to make themselves the victim. Your lies are disgusting. Do better. I'm so happy i have a new dentist that actually cares about people and don't lie on them to make themselves look better.

Dr. Rosen was the best. He explained everything clearly, painless procedure. Very professional. Staff was very kind and professional as well. Highly recommend

I’m so impressed with everything there except the waiting room! The staff is fabulous, the equipment is state of the art, procedures are the most current. The doctors are top notch. And, they have IV sedation!! I also think they have a lab right on site. So, you might not know all of this by the way the waiting room looks, don’t let first impressions fool you.

The excellent skills of Dr Erickson and his team of fellows , state of the art equipment and friendly staff make this a very good clinic to get dental implants. The charges are much less than at any other place.. He uses PRP and bone grafts which lead to a great fit. Attend Attached is a photograph of multiple implants.I chose this place because it is a teaching facility with a skilled faculty such as Dr Erickson.
