Anytime Dental

On 11/1/25 - The front desk representative was extremely unprofessional. I had x rays done in 2/25/25 and was insisting I get them again, few months prior that visit, I asked the prior representative what my benefits covered she said x rays where once a year. I informed the person and she was like that is ok get them and if they are not cover when we run the insurance we will comp them . That made me uncomfortable why suggest things to me not covered and then the possibility of getting a bill months later for the x-rays that were going to be "comp" Maybe we questions their business principles . I was going in for my third cleaning for the year and I have noticed this office always tries to suggest this that I might not needed . There were some other examples of unprofessionalism . I will not be recommending this place to anyone . My husband and I will not be returning I just wanted to share my experience.

This is the only dentist that I was able to find that was willing to accommodate a same day new patient appointment. (Due to being in pain) Everyone in the office has been so helpful and so friendly. You never wait in the lobby for more than 5-10 minutes. If that. The office is always clean and smells great. And they validate parking. Thank you Anytime Dental!

Dr. Blake was great. Loved the energy in the building as well as the professionalism. I really had a great experience and I am a very nervous person when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Blake did my extraction perfectly, I endured no pain and she was very patient.

DO NOT GO HERE! Spoke to front desk, because they never reached out to me to get my teeth cleaned, also needed my wisdom teeth. I’ve been in pain for weeks, front desk blamed it on having new staff…. They neglected me

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for 6 years, and the staff has always been nice, friendly, and professional. But today’s experience with the receptionist named Lily was completely unacceptable. When I checked out, she charged my card $100 more than the total shown on my itemized receipt. When I called to ask about the overcharge, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She claimed the card payment amount was different from the cash price, but my receipt only shows the cash amount with no explanation of any card fee. From the moment I interacted with her, I got a very negative vibe. Her behavior felt Incompetent and borderline discriminatory. She kept repeating what the other receptionist supposedly said, instead of taking accountability. She told me they would fix it at the end of the day, but the other receptionist actually told me that she’d investigate it and give call me back which she was pretty nice about. Lily also promised to email me an a form for my upcoming ortho visit next week, showing the balance I need to pay for my braces, and I still haven’t received it. This is not the level of service I’m used to from this office. Lily is not it. I feel disrespected and taken advantage of, and I expect a full explanation, a refund of the overcharge, and the receipt I was promised.

I have been coming to this dentist for the past 2 or 3 years. The staff are nice, the first dentist was incompetent and rude, but he had my teeth drilled already so I couldn't just up and leave, anyway they scheduled with a different dentist the next appointment, but I feel like they have strung me along for the money, Dr Clark is nice but I'm sitting here now with a missing crown in pain. Oh yeah I had a tooth completely fall out of my mouth after an ill fitting partial. Lord help me. I'm not good at posting things but this has gone on long enough. Update. Dr Larson has done amazing with me, he is patient and kind and much appreciated

3 stars based off of my experience here. I probably would not return to this location. Hope you have a better experience than I did.
