Ginger was amazing. Her professionalism, patient care, personal care toward my needs were great. She followed up and kept me informed throughout my appointment. Genisis was amazing too. She went above and beyond with my cleaning and ensured that I was without pain during my deep cleaning. The doctor/dentist I had today wasn’t my regular dentist, but after today Dr. Basta will be my preferred dentist. She was informative and had a great patient and doctor exchange/communication. She was personable and truly had my best interest in mind. Without exception, Angel is always great. I truly appreciate his customer service, kindness, and professionalism. He always knows how to check for both of my insurance plans, etc. He always goes above and beyond, and I noticed it isn’t just with me but with every patient that arrives. He provides dual language assistance as well. I’ve been coming here for a while, and today - I had the best experience.

Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I understood everything. Not only was she thorough in her work, but her friendly demeanor made the entire visit enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and confident about my dental health. ​I absolutely recommend Crossing Dental Group and Orthodontist! The amazing experience starts right at the front desk with Maria. She is so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly efficient at handling scheduling and check-in, which really sets a positive tone for the whole visit. ​Once in the back, the fantastic care continues. I want to give a special shout-out to two of the assistants, Aileen and Mariana. They are both absolute stars! They were incredibly attentive, skillfully handled my procedure, and made me feel completely comfortable and informed the entire time. ​Five stars all the way for this fantastic office and its amazing staff!

Dr. Habib and her staff are absolutely amazing! The service was amazing and I was very well taken care of with all members!! Brandon, the dental hygienist, was thorough and explained everything so wonderfully. I was able to understand every procedure and I really appreciated his service! Definitely can’t wait to go back!

Dr Habib, hygienists, and techs are all amazing! My entire family goes here. One of my kids is fearful and difficult. Dr. Habib and staff are always patient and kind. They are able to complete the procedure without escalating the situation. The office staff is very clear on the price, which is greatly appreciated. By far the best dentist and dental office we have been too.

I was well taken care of by Brandon, Jackie, and Alondra during my deep cleaning! They were super professional, super fast, they did such an amazing job and they're really great about offering payment plans for those who can't afford everything up front. They were very patient, understanding, and respectful with me. I have always been someone who dreaded going to the dentist, but these folks did so much to put me at ease and I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. They 110% earned 5 stars from me!

I cannot express enough the professionalism and patient focus of Dr. Habib and her assisting staff. I had a minor dental emergency, and Crossing Dental Group found a same-day appointment. I thought I would simply be replacing a crown. Dr. Habib listened to my "story" and then began an examination. The crown was the least of my worries as they showed me photos of new crown (placed by another dental office - NOT Crossing) that had fractures and a large cavity just below the crown. There was a lot more wrong and everything was clearly explained. Here is the best part: Dr. Habib explained the situation and provided several options and probable outcomes. For the first time, I had a dentist who was really working with me to fix my problem in the most cost-effective way. In the end, I chose the option that would cost more now but save a lot more later. Dr. Habib and her assistants stuck with me for six (6) hours to prepare teeth for a bridge, pull one infected tooth, and take impressions. I also had a deep cleaning and periodontal treatment. While there was a little discomfort, I really had no pain - even that night when I got home. The assisting technicians, Aimee and Becca, were great as well. As a team, along with Dr. Habib, they explained everything they were doing and why, making sure that I was comfortable with the process. On the other hand, Abby, who handles all of the coordination with insurance, made the process easy and I believe, maximized my insurance benefits. I highly recommend Crossing Dental Group and Orthodontics located in Perris, CA. The business really works to make sure the patient understands what and why a procedure is needed. No one loves going to the dentist - but Dr. Habib and team make it as "painless" as possible.
