A huge thank you to Dr Curtis West and #TheSmileInstitute for taking such great care of me. The office is beautiful and everyone there was super sweet! Monica is front desk. She's kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sheila is the assistant. She made a perfect temp crown, xrays were comfortable, and scaned my teeth just right because the crown is great. Julianne, the hygienist, did a great job, I approve! She used the Air flow on me. It was AMAZING! For those of you who don't like cleanings- this thing is super cool. Because of this, there's less "scraping." Dr West is the best! I've known him and worked with him for many years. I wouldn't trust anyone else! He made me feel comfortable, did an excellent job on my filling and crown-of course. I'm a big baby when it comes to injections, and he was very gentle. I don't have any sensitivity and now I have healthy Smile. I'm grateful for the excellent care I received! I highly recommend Dr West and the Smile Institute for any of your dental needs! 🪥🦷😁👑

I had the best experience with Dr West and his team! The past couple of years I have gone to a few different dentist offices around the NW valley and had horrible experiences with just getting my fillings! Ugh 83rd Ave put the numbing in wrong and caused me to have a panic attack from the Epi in it. They just were rushed and only cared about updating you. Then I went to Canyon Dental and I was in the chair for 3 hours on two fillings! They tore my tongue up and I was numb until dinner.. just horrible! So I was a little apprehensive about getting more fillings. But Dr. West and his team were amazing! He truly listens and used the numbing solution without epi, I was only numb for a little while so when I left I could actually drink water! He was so fast and efficient and later that day I forgot I even had dental work done. I was just sooo grateful!!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Everyone in the office was amazing and attentive. Julianne di an amazing job with me and my daughter. Monica was extremely informative when it came to my follow up. Dr. West was awesome!! Definitely recommend this office.

Dr. West gave me great comfort and confidence after I suffered a severe mouth injury which required replacement of several of my upper and lower teeth. He is very knowledgable and helped make my recovery swift and pleasant. On a follow up visit Dr. West and his team provided me with excellent service with great comfort as I continue my road to recovery. I certainly was in very good hands and left from my follow up appointment very pleased and feeling great.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. Dr. West is a very friendly and professional doctor who carefully supervised all the procedures. Everything was done quickly, clearly, and absolutely pain-free. I came from Central Phoenix, about 35 miles away, because of the clinic’s great reputation. It was worth it. From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed, everything was explained in detail, and they helped me find convenient and comfortable payment options, for which I am very grateful. I also appreciated that they reminded me about my scheduled appointment in advance — a small detail, but it shows how much they care about their patients. The office is very clean, comfortable, and has a relaxed, home-like atmosphere. What impressed me most was how much they care about the patient’s comfort. I’ve been to good dentists before, but here I noticed something different: they applied the local anesthetic gel and gave it time to fully work before giving the injection. That extra care made the whole process completely painless. They quickly relieved me from the tooth pain that had been bothering me, and now I feel like a new person. Everything was done in about an hour, and now I can work, relax, spend time with friends, and live peacefully without worrying about tooth pain. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to be treated by real professionals who truly care about their patients.

I immediate felt comfortable with the entire team, starting with Monica at the front desk, then Julianne, Sheila and dr.West in the dentist chair. They all are super competent and you immediately feel you are in good hands and also the most important to me is, not sold to.

I haven’t been to a dentist in over two years, partially due to not making the time and then having to face the anxiety of going back and having to face the state of my teeth. From the moment I walked in everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful which made the experience absolutely painless! Monica at the front was the best introduction to the practice, she has a personality that makes you feel welcomed the second you walk in! Julianne was my hygienist and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about my cleaning, x-rays and the equipment they were using and Dr. West was also very friendly and helped me understand what I was looking at with the x-rays! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!
