I love the ladies at River City Dentistry. Everyone is sweet and friendly. Dr. Renner is very professional and friendly all at the same time. I have visited other Dentist’s offices in the area and River City is by far the best.

Arrived today to start the process of getting a new crown. I was a bit nervous. I haven't had a new crown for over 20 years. Lexi and Dr. Renner were excellent. Aside from minor discomfort with the numbing injection, the procedure was essentially pain free. Lexi did a wonderful job with shaping my temporary crown. 😁 Very happy!

Very professional & very friendly! I was very nervous coming in & they comforted me as soon as I sat in the chair! I had a painless visit. 10/10 would recommend! Very clean building & very good at what they do!

Dr. Renner and her staff understand families. We brought only 2/3 of our busy boys and ourselves and felt immediately like family. They were accommodating of our curious boys and even helped channel that energy by putting them to work and allowing them to help change out the Valentine’s Day decorations to St. Patrick’s Day. The staff was patient, sweet, and sincere with an already stressed mom and dad to channel the curious nature young kids have in a new environment. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We can’t wait to come back.

Dr Renner is so gentle . Lindsay, the hygienist, was really good. She didn't hurt and kept me informed as to what she was seeing. I can't say I enjoyed my trip to the dentist because I have been afraid of dentists since my youth. Dr. Renner and staff made my anxiety manageable. I truly thank them for that.

What can I say about Melissa that hasn’t already been said she is genuinely the rudest person I have ever met. I wasn’t receiving the text about the appointment because I have block unknown senders on my iPhone and don’t see them or the calls because they get denied and Melissa flew off at the handle at me saying "YOU NEED TO REPLY TO THOSE!" I tried to keep composure but simply couldn’t. Long story short MELISSA NEEDS TO GO SHE SHOULDN’T BE WORKING THERE, one of the worst humans I’ve ever met.

Very friendly, professional ,and courteous! Great job with my cleaning. Offered explanation of services and helped with insurance information.
