Pleasant Dental Care

I am forever thankful to Dr. Lyons, Dr. Zenner, & Marissa. I have SEVERE anxiety when it comes to dental care. Dr. Lyons took the time to discuss all my options, via a phone call, in regard to anesthetics and what would be done during my procedure and took over my case for that particular procedure. Dr. Zenner now does most of my care now and is also an excellent doctor. He walks through each step of the procedure as he does it and lets me know how close I am to the finish line. Marissa is always a joy to speak to and is willing to help out in any way she can whether it be answering questions or making sure a prescription is sent over. I have referred people here and they too have had a pleasant experience. If you have any anxiety, make sure you let the staff know and they will take care of you.

I have been a patient of Dr.Lyons for 2 years. When I visited his office the first time, both my gums and teeth were in terrible shape. The doctor and his team took my condition seriously. They provided me with comprehensive and intensive care, instilling a sense of security in me. Since my initial visit, Dr. Lyons and his team have been vigilant in monitoring my dental health, making all necessary adjustments along the way, including expertly performed root canals, which have contributed to the perfect health of my entire mouth. My personal experience with Dr. Lyons has been excellent. He is not just detail-oriented and compassionate, but also makes me feel valued and important. His always uplifting, cheerful attitude removes fear in the dental chair, and I like how he speaks very clearly, upfront, with great explanation. When it comes to the dental work, there are many small details that Dr.Lyons pays attention to and executes that I have never encountered from other dentists. Additionally, I have never been cared for so well by the entire team as they do. That includes the front desk workers. Thank you very much, Dr. Lyons and all of his team.

Stay FAR away! My mother came in for a routine dental cleaning, there was nothing wrong with her teeth. The dental assistant began to clean her teeth with the Cavitron machine. Well, the assistant neglected to pay attention to the temperature of the machine. The machine’s water came out scalding and burned her gums. Over the next few days, her gums began peeling back and receding. She returned to this office and they told her that there was nothing that they could do and took ZERO accountability. She has since had to have multiple procedures and is in constant pain because of the pure negligence that occurred.

I was incredibly accommodated, every need I had was met. I highly recommend. I have such great appreciation for NOT being fully sedated when that wasn't the best thing for me on my medications I was told no and that was honestly the best part. Thank you!

The team here is fantastic! They are not only professional and highly skilled but also genuinely fun and courteous. I had to get a tooth pulled and some cavities taken care of, and they made the entire experience easy and stress-free. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. A+ for a wonderful staff and great service!

I had a tooth extracted. Dr.Zenner was very professional and explained the procedure in detail prior. It was not painful or uncomfortable and it went very smoothly. I would certainly recommend him to everyone!

This office is a disaster, they have multiple active cases with the Dental Board. The employees are constantly making remarks about the leadership not doing their job to make sure the office runs smoothly and hownits a circus atmosphere. Even a provider ther complains to patients about the other providers on staff. Please check all resources before going here. It is not a professional office at all.
