My very first visit with Pavilion Dental was awesome! Everyone I dealt with from Terry in reception, Jessica the dental assistant, Emily the hygienist and Dr. Ryan Hryciw were extremely knowledgeable, professional and very kind to me. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a top notch dental group in the Peoria area.

I am a new patient. Amanda was gentle and thorough cleaning my teeth, personable and even complimentary. Dr Block was friendly, a great listener, down to earth, knowledgeable, and experienced. I felt comfortable the entire visit and am surprisingly looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned again in 6 months. Thank you for making my first visit a pleasure!

Sharing my experience as a new patient on my first visit for a cleaning. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and had filled out the paperwork online in advance. When they called for "David", two of us stood up, we confirmed last name, it was not my turn so sat back down. About 5 mins later they called another name, i heard Dave (but apparently they said Steve), no one else stood up, so i said "Banning, correct" to confirm my last name. She smiled and said come on back. She took x-rays, small talked, and then sat me in an exam room and says ready for your fillings and root canal? AHHHHH NOOO!! I am hear for a cleaning. Her demeanor then changed, she was upset after realizing she took the wrong patient back, but then proceeds to blame me for the misunderstanding. I mean, i did give her my last name when she was in the waiting room. All this could have been just a good laugh, a misunderstanding, but this was my first visit here. I looked at how they handled it as a huge red flag! So i left the waiting room, sat in my car for a few minutes and then drove home. They eventually called me 15 minutes after i left, and after I explained y'all spooked me after taking x-rays and then sitting me down for a root canal when i was there for my first cleaning!! They again said, "well, she said Steve". Really, still need to place blame? I mean, as a professional, wouldn't you immediately noticed on the x-rays that there was no tooth needing a root canal!! The customer service gets even worse... After hearing my experience my wife also canceled her appointment for tomorrow. When they asked her why she was canceling, she referenced above. Again, the lady on the phone felt the need to place blame on me, and then proceeds to ask "would you like to cancel all your kids' appointments too?" Yes, yes please do. They made situation sooo much worse than it needed to be and lost 5 patients because of it. LOL!! (to the owners response) won't have many new customers treating people this way.

I’ve been coming here for over 7 years, and I can’t say enough good things about this office. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the hygienists are truly excellent. I especially appreciate Amanda, her care, kindness, and gentle personality make every visit a great experience. I see Dr. Block, who is thorough, patient, and highly skilled. He has a wonderful bedside manner and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel well cared for here and highly recommend this practice.

My wife went here last year to get her wisdom teeth removed and we were really impressed so I came back for my cleaning and checkup . The whole team was professional, communicative , and very nice . Dr. Hryciw was great and made my fillings quick and painless , my hygienist Amanda was great and very attentive , Jessica and Brianna were great as well. Everyone I interacted with during my visit was awesome from start to finish. At my job our company motto is Honesty, integrity, transparency.. seems like that’s their motto here as well . 10/10 would recommend . The owner of this place has to be very proud of the team they built .

I was in Peoria, visiting family and had a dental emergency. I walked in, explained my situation, and they had me in front of the dentist within 15 mins. This is obviously a busy practice. The dentist was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was going on and why. If I lived in Peoria this would be my dentist!!

Diana is the best hygienist I've ever had. She is friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and efficient. I learn something new from her every time. This dental practice, in general, is fantastic! I enjoy all the people who work there and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
