Dr. McShane was so accommodating, kind, and gracious when I had an orthodontic emergency while at school and away from home. I initially came to the practice because my peers reported very positive experiences. I could see why- the staff was so friendly and warm and the facilities are very modern and comfortable. Highly recommend and will return in the future! I am so absolutely pleased with their work. Thank you all! 🙂

I am 15 years old and come to LTD for braces treatment. I love the staff, the building is very organized and clean, and it’s very easy to get ahold of anyone in the building. I was supposed to have braces for 24+ months and instead my estimated time is 21. I’m very excited! They’ve done a great job closing gaps after I had surgery removing two adult teeth on the side as well.

I went to this orthodontist office as a teenager and was extremely pleased with my own experience, having Dr Schuler as my orthodontist. Over 20 years later, my teeth are still straight and my bite is perfect. Now, as an adult, my 5 kids see Dr McShane, and we have absolutely no complaints. The staff is extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. Scheduling is easy, rescheduling is easy, and they are very accommodating and understanding that life happens. Dr McShane himself is affable, down-to-earth, explains everything clearly, and clearly cares about his patients and their families. I also really love that this office genuinely tries to connect with their patients and their families- their yearly get together and their monthly drawings just make everything feel more fun and create an atmosphere of family where patients can feel safe and cared for. Dental and orthodontic work is rarely fun and can make people (especially kids) a little fearful, but they do an outstanding job of making the experience fun and enjoyable instead! I can't recommend this office highly enough, and there's nowhere else I'd rather take my kids or trust with their orthodontic needs.

They were pushing for hardware and procedures that were completely unnecessary. I proposed a treatment of plan of pulling a single baby tooth In which they agreed would free up the space needed (not to mention would cost significantly less). So they sent it back to my child’s dentist, but with a referral for pulling four teeth. This is not at all what we spoke about. Would not recommend going here. The whole experience felt dishonest, and the referral backed that feeling up.

We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with our son’s orthodontist. From the very beginning, the entire team has been warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The doctor is fantastic at explaining every step of the process in a clear and reassuring way, which has made a huge difference for both us and our son. You can tell they truly care about their patients. It’s rare to find a provider who combines clinical excellence with such a kind and approachable manner. We feel lucky to have found them and would highly recommend this practice to any family!

The whole staff is friendly and professional. Appointments are efficient and the office environment is calm and welcoming. Dr. McShane always takes the time to answer any questions I have and I know my kids will have healthy beautiful smiles when they complete their treatment.

We love orthodontics limited! They’re friendly, affordable, and flexible. They easily fit my daughter in last minute when she has a problem in between appointments and we can get in and out quickly! The best assistant they have is Heather. Heather takes the time to make my daughter feel special and has come in clutch for us a few times. She is an absolute asset to their team, making sure her patients are comfortable and have everything they need!
