Pines Palm Dental

Today I had a wonderful surgery with Dr. Isabela and her assistant Halia. After 6 hours I have no pain, I'm not swollen and the bleeding stopped at 3 hours. She has an amazing hand for extracting teeth. She is also sweet, friendly, with a sense of humor, respectful and 100% careful. To everyone who reads this, I recommend that you go to the office. When you arrive you will find a very special customer service team at the front. I've known them since 2025 and for me they are the best.

My overall experience was quite wonderful. From the gracious greeting at the front desk to meeting the doctor and hygienist. Daniella, the hygienist was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, capable and although I was tense ( most of the time) she was calm and reassuring. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

I wasn't feeling good when I visited. I was in tears as i thought i was going to lose most of my teeth. Especially the front onrs. Dr Gutierrez was brutally honest. It was hard for me to hear.i felt others heard as he spoke to me. Which was embarrassing. I wasn't happy but understood and took responsibility for my tooth health. My Dential hygienic was kind,caring and showed great empathy as she consolidated me through my tears. She reassured me that all is not lost. I left the office with some hope. I did what was recommended. I started feeling better. But what made my day and changed my whole out look was that follow up phone call. I felt special. I felt cared for. I felt that the hard love was indeed His was of scaring me straight. I would not change them for anyone else.

Amazing experience! The staff is incredibly sweet and attentive, especially Dr. Cobo and my hygienist Danielle. I also had another hygienist whose name I regret not remembering—she was amazing as well! As a first-time visitor, I felt truly cared for, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I’ll definitely be returning!

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional—from the warm welcome at the front desk to the care provided by Dr. Gutiérrez himself. Hilda went above and beyond in helping me schedule my appointment, patiently answering all of my many questions with kindness and clarity. When it came time for my cleaning, I was truly impressed. I’ve never experienced such a meticulous and thoughtful dental cleaning before. The hygienist took her time and delivered outstanding care with great attention to detail. Dr. Gutiérrez was incredibly personable and took the time to offer recommendations that were tailored specifically to my needs and concerns. Highly recommend!

Went in with my son as new patients in need of our routine cleanings. Nice, clean office. The front desk staff was very nice and professional. Greeted with smiles which is always nice. Got there a little early to fill out standard paperwork and they brought us both in for services right on appt. time. My hygienist (whose name I don’t remember now regrettably) was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything she was seeing in my X-rays and answering my questions. I felt no discomfort or pain during my cleaning. Dr. Gutierrez was also very nice and didn’t feel rushed like some docs can at times. Everyone I interacted with including my sons hygienist Paola were great. My son had no complaints. Relieved at the great experience so far since this was our first dental appt after moving to a new area.
