Advanced Dental Care of Pembroke Pines

It is always a pleasure to go to this dental care facility. From the moment you walk they treat you with kindness, respect, patience and offer their expertise. Not a lot of places offer that now a days. They explain in detail what you need and when they do painless proceedures! Happy to say this is my dental place to go. Special thanks to all the ladies in the front office, and dental hygienist, and to Doctor Lavenka and my personal hygienist, Karol Pernett. 😊

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming, and my hygienist Jenn did a great job with my cleaning as usual. However, when it comes to scheduling and keeping appointment times, there is definitely room for improvement. This isn’t the first time my appointment has been pushed back due to overbooking or scheduling issues. On my most recent visit, I had two back-to-back appointments scheduled, and one of them almost got canceled due to what seemed like a lack of communication or double booking. I really like the people here, but the office could do much better with organization and respecting patients’ time.

Dr. Lavenka and her staff are excellent, very professional and kindly. The doctor solved some pretty serious dental issues for me and I have absolute trust in her ability to make the best decisions while keeping costs down. In an emergency situation, the doctor was able to fit me in on the day I called. Advanced Dental Care is highly recommended and definitely the best dentist I've ever had!

First time visiting this office and it was a wonderful experience. The office is clean and welcoming which I loved, didn’t have to wait at all, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Tiffany was very helpful, friendly, and kind. Dr. Blackman was very kind and friendly as well, didn’t make me feel rushed, and gave me a thorough explanation and understanding of my oral health. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Excellent office! Everyone was so kind, professional, and welcoming. There was no long wait, and the doctor was amazing—very patient, comforting, and explained everything in complete detail. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. We were extremely pleased, especially since this was our first visit. First impressions are everything, and we truly had the best experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist!

Our family has gone to this office for years - even before it became Advanced Dental Care. We loved the people at the front desk, our hygienist and our dentist. Gradually, each and every person we trusted left the practice. We started experiencing appointment dates/times slightly changed. Then the dentist I was scheduled to see was changed without asking me. A while back they started charging a fee if credit cards were used. At that time we started paying cash at our visits. At my last visit, I paid cash but they did not have change available. They left a credit on my account and gave me a receipt indicating that credit. Since then, because of the MANY changes we were seeing in the running of the practice, we decided to change dentists. I have been trying for several months to get my $10 credit paid to me. I have been thrown many obstacles to receiving the $10 they owe me. Today was the last straw. Again, after going through this so many times already, they are saying I do not have a credit (which they previously agreed was there). I realize it is only $10. But for only $10 they have shown exactly what they are about. Total lack of character and integrity.
