Very good, clean practice with a welcoming team. The dentist clearly explains each step and took time to reassure me about the look of my crown when I had serious doubts, which I appreciated. The location is convenient. The dental assistants ensure you are comfortable, which is extra nice.The front office staff is friendly and helpful, though at times a bit pushy. As a new patient, I was asked to leave a 5-star review as soon as arrived, pay prior to the procedure, and sign an aesthetics approval before the crown was placed. While everything turned out well, those steps felt slightly premature.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The doctor was wonderful, very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff was welcoming, kind, and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. My cleaning went smoothly, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Dr. Dugarte and her team are amazing! The office is clean, welcoming and modern. Dr. D is very gentle, caring, professional, warm and always takes the time to explain everything clearly making sure I understand what's happening and feel completely comfortable. I've never felt rushed and she makes sure she can be reached should a problem arise after a procedure even after office hours. Her team are equally caring and professional. The office also makes sure to check with your insurance whatever benefits available and will inform you ahead of time your cost so there are no surprises. Best dentist I've ever been too!

Came here as a new patient.The staff was very warm, welcoming, and so sweet. Dr. Dugarte herself is also wonderful. She was thorough and transparent with the steps regarding my treatment. I appreciate her going out the way to also call my insurance to see estimated costs. Lovely dental insurance.

Dr. Dugarte is a kind, considerate and highly trained physician who brings not only her exceptional interpersonal and technical skills to her patients but also provides valuable treatment options to fit her individual patients needs and wants. After having taken Mom to see her with great success, I too am becoming a patient. Her staff is also very supportive and sensitive to you needs which, unfortunately, is a rare occurrence these days.
