Sage Dental

Sage Dental is a place I would recommend. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist at check-in. Amazingly taken care of by the x-ray & image technicians. Dr. Jaeyeon Cho listen to my concerns regarding my bad experience I had at a dentist office. Dr. Jaeyeon Cho took the the time to explain my x-rays & images to me in full depth. Dr. Jaeyeon gave me the decision to start. After receiving my evaluation I decided to start my dentist work the same day. Before Dr. Jaeyeon started the procedure she used numbing gel and thought out the procedure she continued to ask me if I was alright are having any pain. Dr. Jaeyeon Cho is amazing & professional, she puts the patient concern first. After doing a lot of research I'm glad I chose the Sage Dental in Pearland TX.

I was tremendously impressed of how great Dr. Pham is from Sage Dental from Pearland branch. She is thorough and explained everything what kind of treatment you are needing that is easy to understand. Everyone in the office is very patient and they will take care of you as well.

I’ve come to Sage Dental a few times, and every visit has been exactly the same: it feels less like a healthcare appointment and more like a sales pitch. Every question I asked about my actual dental health was redirected to some paid service they were trying to push. It’s uncomfortable, and honestly, it comes across as manipulative. I went in for a basic cleaning, only to be told again that I "needed" a deep cleaning. Because I declined a service that was recommended but clearly not necessary, I walked out with nothing but a cheap chapstick. No cleaning, no real care—just three minutes with the dentist and 45 minutes of my time wasted. I left without the help I actually needed and with a quote that made no sense for the minimal concerns I came in with. If you’re looking for a dentist who cares more about patients than profit, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

We had an amazing experience with Sage Dental. They took care of all our dental needs in one day and in a timely manner. We highly recommend!

This is My first visit as my previous Dentist went out of network for my insurance carrier. Sage Dental was very welcoming, kindness and friendly service. I would recommend them as ones dental care. I give the entire staff a very good rating.

I have never been as disrespected, dismissed, and insulted by a medical office as I was here. What happened to my children and me was completely unacceptable, and every parent deserves to know exactly how this place operates. I made one very clear request: NO fluoride for my children. I repeated it. I said it directly. There was no confusion, the staff got on the intercom and labeled my children as "Medicaid kids." Hearing that was shocking, humiliating, and disgusting. My children are human beings, not a category to announce over a speaker. That label alone showed me exactly how little respect they have for the families they serve. And as if that disrespect wasn’t enough, they still went ahead and put fluoride on my youngest child’s teeth after I explicitly said not to. They didn’t ask for consent. They didn’t double-check. They didn’t care. They just ignored me like my voice didn’t matter at all. Do you know how terrifying that is as a parent? To say "NO," to give clear instructions about your child’s health, and then watch a staff do the opposite? It made me wonder: What if my child had an allergy? What if this was a medication? What else are they doing without consent? Because if they feel comfortable ignoring something this simple, imagine the things they don’t tell you. I walked out feeling angry, disgusted, and honestly heartbroken. Any office that publicly labels children, ignores parental instructions, and performs treatments without consent is not just unprofessional — it is dangerous. It shows a complete lack of care, empathy, and responsibility. I will never trust this office again. I will never bring my 5 children back. And I hope every parent who reads this understands how serious this is. If they can’t listen to a simple request, they have no business treating anyone’s kids.
