I had an amazing experience at this dental office as a new patient! The front desk people were super friendly and efficient. The echecking process was very quick and easy. Dr Lieu was very thorough and gentle. He did a fantastic job with my cleaning and explained things well. Also shout out to Ms Tiffany, Alma, and Kim. I am a new patient and I am not easily impressed. Now, I am very impressed and pleased for the more than EXCELLENT service I received today. Dr. Lieu, Veronica and I cannot leave out Melissa just showed out today out, best treatment ever. No exaggeration. Y'all cracked a very hard cookie. First time meeting them and will not be my last. I will not be coming back. Went in for a simple cleaning. I did not want to come out of pocket because I have insurance the doctor informed me that insurance was like a coupon and that she will not do a simple cleaning, her whole attitude was to upsell me on what she would do. She refused to do the simple cleaning that SHE requires. This would cost me an additional $300 with insurance. I told her I would come back for the intermediate cleaning and she still refused, intermediate or no cleaning. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!!! So better!!!

Amazing experience, I went in there a little nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and had bad tooth pain. In little to no time the staff made me feel comfortable and everything went smoothly as Esveida was super friendly and helped me understand everything that was going on. Then Dentist Patel comes in and reassures me of everything going on and explains what’s needed to be done. Super fast friendly and comfortable experience, now I have another appointment and can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend 10/10.
