Kroger

I’ve been here 3 times and 2 of the times were bad. I will not return. The people who work here are very nice and friendly but the quality of food is very terrible and I refuse to come back here. The first time I got bad produce I thought it was a one off situation but now after this second time I will not come back to this location at all. The bell peppers are growing mold. There was an alive fly inside of the bag of bread. I killed it. Our bread was smashed like something was placed ontop of it, only 3 slices were ok. The apples were off. It was inedible. Not worth going back for a refund.

I Door Dash, and had a few orders from this location today. I want to give five employees who helped me considerably a shout out: Shelby (343 employee # maybe?) gave me the most precise to the square inch directions to a product I couldn't find to save my life, and saved me a ton of time. John P., Richard, and a young man whose name I didn't get made fining my produce items a breeze, and even checked the back for missing stock (unfortunately, not in back stock either, however). The young man at the meat and fish counter who procured my salmon was very pleasant and professional as well. Good service is rare these days, but your location was 5/5 in providing superior services today, all very helpful, and obviously value your customers. Thank you for making a pretty good day even better.

The store is good and I like the products here but the bathroom was badly dirty… Pee everywhere. Knowing that’s not store’s fault but better to keep up the clean environment. We as customers should use it nicely as well. Other than that, I’m fine with the store. I love the flower 🌸 section tho! It was beautiful 🤩 Cheers 🥂

Do not order bakery products from here. I put in my order a week ago and came here the time it was supposed to be ready. It is not ready, they want another hour for the cake. Why give them a 7-day notice if the cake won't be ready on time? I scheduled this cake for pickup on my way to the party which is in Houston. I won't even be able to get this cake as I'll be late to my own kid party if I wait smmfh

I had a bagger and honestly his attitude was horrendous, he was rude, dismissive, and made the entire checkout experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the store felt disorganized, several shelves were empty, and the customer service desk didn’t seem interested in helping. For a store as large as Kroger, I expected better professionalism and care for customers.

If you’re a couponer like me and stack coupons, That the app clearly lets you do, don’t shop here! They canceled my curbside pickup because it was "fraudulent", and the order was 90% coupons. I wonder why it bothered the supervisor so much they had to cancel my order. Get your panties out of a bunch honey. I went to another Kroger location for pickup with no problem from the stores supervisor (;

Shopped here since the day the store opened. Used to be nice, now trashy. Carts are rusty, rough sharp edged weld repairs, bad wheels. Always trash all over the parking lot, sidewalks dirty. Store closes early (11pm) and the self-checkouts are VERY sensitive - constantly hang up thinking you didn't put the item in the bag. After around 9pm, they close half the 12 self-checkouts, resulting in lines with 6 checkouts sitting unused. Still shop here for the awesome gas points, but this store has declined tremendously since the last renovation. UPDATE Aug 2024: It gets worse...now our last two visits, AFTER checking out, our receipt shows "this location is experiencing a temporary communications issue..." and we don't get our gas points. Also this checkout, two of the items that were supposed to be discounted via use of our Kroger card, did not discount as advertised. I've long said the ONLY reason I've stayed with this trashy Kroger is the fuel points, and now that has become an issue, will likely be leaving Kroger for HEB soon if these things are not resolved. UPDATE Feb. 2025: this is so typical of the store Friday afternoon. Lots of people shopping for the weekend and they have half of the self-checkouts closed so there's a line. Think about that. The self-checkouts the ones where you do it yourself. They've closed them. I think that does it for me. It's a longer drive but it's HEB time.
