Helpful employees, clean store, plenty of parking and disabled access, public restrooms, and great location. I was grateful they were such a large grocery store as that gives many more options when you cook for yourself.

I have been an HEB customer all my life and I truly value the company overall. That said, I am writing this review out of concern for the level of customer service I have recently experienced, particularly in the service center area. I am a former HEB partner, so I understand firsthand the importance HEB places on customer service and courtesy. While many partners continue to be personable or at least neutral, I have repeatedly encountered poor attitudes from some partners in the service center and those collecting groceries. In the service center, I feel like partners have a poor tone and attitude answering basic questions or helping you. In the grocery aisles, simple courtesies like waiting briefly for my family and me to pass are often ignored. Instead, we are cut off or brushed past, which feels unnecessary and disrespectful. I want to be clear that this does not reflect all partners, as I have seen plenty who represent HEB well. My intention in leaving this review is not to complain for the sake of it, but in the hope that awareness can lead to improvement. HEB has always set a high standard, and I would like to see that consistently reflected in every area of the store. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for customers and partners alike.

I like HEB in general and this is a well stocked and nice store, but my problem is with the cashiers and baggers. It’s not that they’re aggressively rude, but every time I come through the line They are always in deep conversation with each other, do not say hello, and only say anything when your total comes up. They continue to carry on personal conversations through the entire transaction. I’ve spoken to friends about this and they all agree. They are in their own little worlds and do not acknowledge customers properly. So I would say they’re miserably failing at the checkout stage.

We shop here at least 3x a week. Always clean, and the staff are always going the extra mile. Employees ask if I need help finding anything when they see me having a hard time in the aisle looking for something – and if not on the shelf they offer to go check in the back. Cashiers are always happy and kind and the baggers as well. As a mom of two littles the guy in the parking lot has helped me many times look for a car- buggie which I find so helpful! No other HEB location matches the vibes like this location. We loved the set up they did recently and definitely needed a pic with it! Thanks Pearland Parkway! ❤️

As hectic as holiday shopping can be HEB was controlled chaos. All employees were so busy & courteous. They had everything we needed. All lanes were open, I didn't see any self checkouts! Awesome!!

As always Italian pleasure shopping at HEB. All the staff I asked for help were very helpful and even showed me to the appropriate aisle. At my car avlot attendant named Samuel asked me if he could lift my potting soil for me. He was such a gentleman. He then called out to the person whose basket proceeded me. He picked up the sweater she left in her basket and ran up to her to give it to her. Exemplary employees make the HEB name for service. Kudos Gloria shopping at the Pearland store off Broadway in old Pearland

It's always a great place to grab groceries To Go at Curbside. They have a great variety of products and sometimes special items. It is very rare that I find something out of stock. Good on the employees for keeping the shelves stocked. Make sure to always check the coupons on the App, it will help you save money!
