If you don't want lack of communication and frequent rescheduling of your appointments don't go here. This was formerly Radford family dentistry and ever since they were bought out this establishment has been horrible.

-00/10 absolutely NOT NEVER again. Absolutely bad communication, constant rescheduling last minute, no shows showed up to appointment waited a hour and no one arrived, called numerous amounts of time after to figure out why and to reschedule no one picked up or even took the time to reschedule. -00/10

Was told 7/20/2024 after my son’s cleaning that he needed more work and to come back on 7/27/2024 at 9am. I called twice, left a message and sent messages on their app to confirm as I never got a confirmation text or a phone call. No one ever got back to me. So we show up because I didn’t want to be charged a "no show" fee if we actually did have an appointment and no one is here. The quality and professionalism of this business has gone way down. I won’t be bringing my children back here. It’s a different dentist every time we come. We’ve had to wait way too long for my son’s appliances and have had to come back for more impressions because they’ve lost his appliances after they called me to tell me it’s ready to be picked up. Luckily I kept the voicemail as proof after they told me I was never called. My younger boys are afraid of the dentist now because instead of explaining what they are going to do to their teeth to ease their anxiety, they just go in and get to work. They are definitely not kid friendly.

Today was my sons first appointment here. Long story short we had to move dentist because where we use to go kept canceling his appointment. We spoke with them on Thursday and they were able to get in the next day which is today Friday. From the beginning they were nothing more then professional and wanted nothing but the best for my son. Helped us with the paperwork and any questions we had. During his appointment everything was so smooth they showed him the office and made him super comfortable. They gave him some coloring paper and markers played with him. Once Dr.Radford came in did his cleaning and he answered every question I had. It’s such a relive that we were able to find a new dentist in short amount of time but also how caring, friendly they were. I would recommend this office 100% you feel a peace of mind. If your looking for a new dentist let this place be your new home.

My children have had multiple visits to Dr. Radford's office over the last couple of years and each one has been a great experience. She and her staff take extra time with my more 'reluctant' child and are always very patient and kind. I've never had a single issue with my insurance, nor have we ever had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. I definitely recommend Dr. Radford and her team.

My daughter went in to have her wisdom teeth removed. Everyone there was very professional and nice from start to finish. Dr. Radford is very personable and professional she even got my son in to get his teeth cleaned while his sister was having her wisdom teeth extracted. Devin was first class with his assistance, knowledge and politeness. I can’t say enough good things about the whole office and everyone there.

This has been my kids dentist for a couple of years now, love Radford dental. The daughter and dad team is the best and the staff is just so courteous. My son had to have a minor surgery on his tongue and I felt very comfortable with it, was being notified every step of the way and he was absolutely comfortable getting this procedure done. Thank you Radford dental.
