My experience here is fabulous. I’ve never experienced any issues bringing any of my 8 children here. The staff here are very professional, yet I want to recognize Karen she goes above and beyond she very attentive to the children. She’s always patient! Also Dr G he’s amazing . Thanks for all you guys do !!!

DONT GOO TO THEM! they aren’t careful with anesthesia dental care. they are supposed to inform you what happens when a child bites themselves and what to do after in case it does happen. they told me about it after i went back for them to check my child’s lip bump. it was AWFUL. they let me go without antibiotics and gave me other instructions on what to do. but those instructions weren’t enough! i took my child to the doctors and they were disappointed and couldn’t believe the dentist didn’t do ANYTHING ABOUT IT! it wasn’t normal to leave it like that! i asked my own dentist today for help and they were very DISAPPOINTED as well and gave me something to treat her lip bump! i would post pictures but it looks TERRIBLE. a mothers worst nightmare!

Karen was great and sweet with my daughter to the point that my daughter enjoyed her dental cleaning, which at first she was nervous but Karen made her feel at ease that made the whole process go smooth. Thank you

This place was great for my kids. Never been to a dental office so clean and organized. The process was quick and the staff are all super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to any parent bringing their child. And definitely coming back in 6 months

I had an appointment on Saturday at 1pm and was 30 minutes late which I take responsibility for since I went to Paterson location instead of Passaic location. Angelica at the front desk said I would have to reschedule since they close at 2pm. I would have understood if the website did not say they close at 3pm. She was very calm and sweet and out of her control. However, the other receptionist Angela who was not at the front at the time was giggling in the back with another employee made my son and I extremely uncomfortable to the point he did not want to be seen. The supervisor Melissa said the hygienist leave at 2. I than asked who does marketing because the website says 3pm closing. She said the owner who comes once a year. Than as I was going to reschedule she gave me her manager Esther’s card. I said will she pick up? because the office never does. And she said "Good luck with that" I also texted the office and at 12:50 when I realized my mistake I texted and texted no reply. They said the person in charge is of texting is off. Not my problem. Bad business. They also failed to send me a reminder card of missed appt for cleaning. And my number was not updated when I made appt. However they managed to text me previously. Lack of common sense. As I’m writing this review Angela is still giggling looking write at me. In the end, my son was seen and the hygienist are so great. I will continue to come here. To make this worst one of the hygienist said to a coworker "Just like Paterson I can’t walk through". Being born and raised in Paterson the comment was unnecessary and just wrong. As my son is the last patient in the office, I can hear the girls and even doctors talking and laughing about a little girl that was crying and why she was there. I’m in the medical field and that’s a huge violation of HIPA. So awful. Again my doctor was nice and the hygienist was not complaining about wanting to go. She also confirmed they do not leave at 2pm!!!! I might reconsider

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding my daughter’s recent visit to your practice for a tooth extraction. What transpired during the procedure was not only alarming but posed a serious risk to her safety. During the extraction, the needle became stuck in my daughter’s mouth. While I understand that working with children can be challenging, and they may move during procedures, the fact that the needle came out of the numbing device is completely unacceptable. Mistakes like this simply cannot happen. To make matters worse, when I asked about the needle being stuck, I was not informed of what had actually happened. This lack of transparency in a moment where my daughter’s life was in danger is deeply concerning. If my daughter had swallowed the needle or if it hadn’t been visible to the human eye this could have escalated from a tooth extraction to an emergency medical crisis. Even with an X-ray, the potential consequences are unthinkable. Out of sheer desperation, I took it upon myself to search for the needle, and I was the one who ultimately found it. The thought of what could have happened still horrifies me, and I need to know that your practice fully understands the gravity of this situation. This isn’t just about one mistake; it’s about the safety protocols and communication practices that failed in a critical moment. I urge you to reflect on how such an incident occurred and what immediate steps will be taken to ensure this never happens again. The safety of your patients must always come first, and incidents like this should never happen in a professional medical setting. I hope you recognize how serious this matter is and take immediate action to address it. I look forward to hearing what steps will be implemented to prevent this from happening in the future .

Very professional staff and environment. They are very organized and the wait is very short.
