Dr. Alice Yung, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Yung for years. She listens, is proactive, and is always on the cutting edge of medicine. She is very menopause friendly, and will work to find good solutions for all of your reproductive and female issues. I highly recommend her!

I found Dr. Yung because my other Dr.'s office was unresponsive to my needs. She took a full hour with me the first time I met with her and she made sure she checked everything that a new patient needed in addition to what my main concerns were. She is very thorough and made sure that all my questions were answered.

Dr. Alice Yung is thorough. She goes over a patient's medical history carefully and offers excellent medical advice (and even cites the studies for her conclusions). I highly recommend.

This a review by my wife Shilla : " I had an appointment with Dr. Yung at her office in Green street Pasadena on June 18 th 2025. Unfortunately, I left the consultation feeling rushed painful and rough examination.The doctor seemed more focused on recommending expensive procedures than explaining my actual condition or addressing my concerns. I was given little time to ask questions, and when I did, the answers were vague or dismissive. I understand that every medical practice is different, but I value transparency and patient-centered care, which I felt was lacking here. I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Dr. Yung and her staff. After ordering lab tests, she told me my results were "not normal," but refused to provide any further explanation unless I booked another appointment I booked an online consultation, but the doctor didn’t show up. Her secretary later rescheduled as a phone appointment, but again, the doctor was late. I was then told by her secretary that the doctor would only speak with me after I paid another fee before even explaining the results she had already received. I was able to obtain the test results directly from the lab, but I was left with no guidance or medical interpretation, and the doctor refused to help unless more money was paid upfront. This felt more like a business transaction than a healthcare experience. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for ethical, patient-centered care. Patients deserve respect, access to their health information, and transparent communication — not withheld results and missed appointments followed by payment demands."

Dr Yung is wonderful. She is very caring and pays great attention to ones opinion and needs. The staff is great all very nice and helpful.

I met with Dr. Alice Jung for the first time today. Dr. Jung is so knowledgeable and has a wonderful perspective about healthcare, and her perspective is to provide above-average care. I was previously with an HMO, and I now see, after meeting Dr Jung, that I have been missing out. She is a great listener and very detail-oriented. It was a pleasure to meet with her and to hear her suggestions for my health care going forward. I am excited to continue my medical care with her.
