All Saints Episcopal Church

All Saints Church, I learned recently, is on the more progressive side of the spectrum in terms of churches. But I'm here mostly to comment on the amazing architecture. It has a Gothic Revival style, the building got completed around 1924, so it's been around for 100 years or so. The stained glass, internal structure, walls and everything else about it gives this place such a solemn, calm vibe. It's incredible to just randomly walk around in Pasadena and enter it like a lost tourist in a new city.

There's not enough words or time to express my gratitude to my local church, All Saints in Pasadena. It's a beautiful place to find emotional and spiritual refuge. The church offers a variety of community services and ministries. There is an activity or group for everyone. The staff , leaders and facilitators are so accesible and friendly. There's a sense of belonging and unity. One service I really enjoy is the Taizé group on Wednesdays at 6:15 pm. It's therapy for my soul. I love the beautiful chants and music. I met interesting, kind people there. I have never been to a church where I felt so connected and welcomed. 🙏🏼⭐️🩷

Beautiful Architecture!!! This review is not about the congregation nor its liturgy, but about the architecture. I was here for the Pasadena Symphony Holiday Candlelight performance. Even if you’re not religious, I’d recommend stopping by to admire the place have a moment of silence and if possible, offer a prayer. From what’s posted around, everyone is welcome!

A beautiful church! I was there for a Christmas concert and the vibe and performance were amazing. Highly recommended for a visit or an event.

Beautiful service, beautiful people… inclusive and non judgmental place to go where you’ll be received with open arms and open hearts. Their sermons are phenomenal! Sometimes, they invite scholars from other churches to join their sermons, I always look forward to those as well! I promise you will be moved both spiritually and intellectually! I grew up in the church, and I have never felt more loved and welcomed as I do in this church! I feel this is what god intended a church and religion to be!

Crazy to rate a church like a business but.....we went to a candlelight Christmas concert with the Pasadena Symphony. The church glowed as a wonderful setting for a wonderful concert.

This church is very inclusive and welcoming of all people. The services are also broadcast live, as are some forums (which are typically held before the later morning service), and there's usually a sign-language interpreter at the 10AM service. A portion of most 10AM services also include readings in multiple languages (primarily in English, and Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean), with each of the languages printed in the church weekly bulletin. The choirs and music presentations are wonderful and include opportunities for youth as well as adult participants. Stringently old-fashioned folks may not be thrilled with some aspects of the services, but if you are open minded and willing to accept less "traditional norms" &/or openness, I suggest you attend at least via their YouTube live services.
