Aspen Dental - Parma, OH

So far so good! Really, great! The dentist and hygienist Marii and the financing lady all were sooo extremely friendly and non judgemental and accepting. Very thorough, extremely helpful and i actually felt calm. I have severe anxiety. My treatment plan continues, but I'm so happy with how my consult went!!

Dr. McMahan is an absolute master of her craft and just an authentically good person in general. She could not have made my last-minute emergency visit any more comfortable or successful. I plan on returning from out of state in the new year to discuss longer-term dental treatment and restoration plans. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Dr. McMahan and her team!

If you’re looking to get ripped off, then go to this place went to have a minor repair done to a denture and they had me do a complete exam before they would do it.The repair charged me $200 for a repair that lasted three days went back to see if they could do the repair again because it did not hold and they told me that would be another $200. This is BS so does that mean in three days I could come back and give them another $200

I went this place twice one time I left with my bottom lip dangling and drooling from too much numbing medicine let alone the deep clean was torture. Then I was told I had a bad tooth and they told me the oral surgeon was go have to do it so the cost was $400 with insurance for one tooth. So I went to angel dental with my insurance and found out I had cracked tooth next to the badge one , angel dental pulled both tooth and I had to pay nothing...and the deep cleaning they did was not painful at all..these people should have there license pulled

I went in today for an exam and X-ray to address concerns of a possible infection. I need a lot of dental work done and I’ve been to several dentists in the last year to find the right fit for me…I had left all of those dentist in tears of shame for how they treated me for the state of my teeth and the quotes they gave me to restore them but not at aspen today, I cried thanking them for their kindness and their compassion. The quote I was given was amazing and I’ll be getting all of my treatment done here soon. My teeth were infection free but so they believe the issues I have are the start of a sinus infection so the dr even prescribed me meds to get that kicked. Amazing staff!! Thank you! ❤️

This Aspen dentals staff is so awesome and patient. My daughter is a disabled adult and she don't like alot of places but this staff is wonderful and very helpful!! I would highly recommend them. Great job!

They over charge and the lady in the back office, the heavy set lady is so full of it. Quoting me different prices at different times for the same work I asked to have done. (Upping the price each time) Haha never again.
