Mauricio is AWESOME! Best customer service. My husband and I came here to return a king size bed that we had bungee cord to the top of his car and could not figure out how we were going to get it inside. Mauricio helped us load it onto a flatbed and rolled it to the return section for us. He was so nice and helpful. We never could’ve done this without him!!!!! Thank you!

This is possibly the worst Walmart I've ever been to. They have everything locked up which i understand to protect merchandise but they have no one on the floor to help. I was waiting almost 30 minutes to get someone to open the shelves. They had 1 person to open the shoe, laundry and mens clothes sections. You would think they would have atleast one dedicated person for each section. When you ask for help the employees just try to pass you off to someone else because they are "busy" but you can see and hear them just gossiping and talking about the customers. I didn't see there names but there was a group of 4 women employees just standing around talking about a lady that was a bigger lady. They were just talking about her about "how fat she was" and she looked disgusting. This store is very unprofessional, you can't even get a manager to complain to. Also no one ever came to open the shelves. HORRIBLE store. Never again

Its a Walmart. It’s in panorama city so it’s a heavy Latino community. The workers at Walmart are ok. Like most places now, you have some workers avoiding their job, than you have the overworked employees who are still kind, but overworked because they are picking up the slack of the individual who consider themselves to cool to work. But they get it done. It’s a little messy, but it’s a Walmart so I guess that’s expected. They have security, and usually have pretty good inventory, so that’s what matters. Bathrooms are open to everyone, they are downstairs by entrance. It’s alive, contrary to the mall it shares location with. The panorama mall is nonexistent it seems. Nothing going on. Walmarts cracking tho.

This store is always reliable for everything I need. The aisles are well-organized, products are well-stocked, and the variety is impressive—from groceries to household items to electronics. Staff is friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually quick. Prices are fair, and the store is clean and easy to navigate. A dependable place for everyday shopping.

Pickup parking area is the worst - there’s like 6 spots. Spark drivers fight over them and then you have regular customers parking and leaving. They either need to get more pickup spots, and move the pickup area to where it’s not up front to the store, get better operations to have the orders filled faster and not just 3 employees for 20+ cars waiting. The whole ops for the store needs a better manager. Burbank is a much better operated store.

Walmart Supercenter is great for everything from groceries to household items. The store is huge but organized, making it easy to find what you need. Prices are affordable, and they often have deals that save a lot of money. The staff is helpful, especially in the grocery and electronics sections. I also appreciate the wide selection of products, including seasonal and specialty items. Checkout is fast, and the store is clean despite being busy. Overall, Walmart offers convenience, variety, and value, making it my preferred place for big shopping trips.

Avoid this location for returns. I followed Walmart’s return instructions exactly—printed the barcode and was told to simply drop it off. Returning a refrigerator was a huge effort (we even paid someone to transport it), only for this store to refuse the return and say they couldn’t process it. When I contacted Walmart customer service afterward, they told me they receive hundreds of complaints about this specific location. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—do not go to this location.
