The front desk really need to do a better job. They need to run insurance before the patient comes to the office the rest of the staff is great but some of the front office needs to be on top of what there duties are they should make it A priority to tend to their patients needs, especially when they’re there for the second time for an appointment. I had problems with scheduling an appointment once I had the appointment I showed up and they said that they didn’t have me scheduled for that day so I show up the schedule day for them to tell me they can’t take my son due to his insurance issues. This cut off all been avoided if they would’ve simply done. A pre-screening and leg work before the patient arrives in office

I came for my checkup and the everyone was so nice, the doctor who saw me listened to any concerns I had and addressed them. My hygienist was so sweet and gentle with me as well, I have sensitive gums. They recommended some at home care tips to keep my gums healthy. I work in dental too so I can be a bit picky of where I go for my checkups but I do like this office. It was clean, they were quick and efficient!

The Doctor is excellent. He was able to address the need of my child. However, the assistant said she performed cleaning on my child’s teeth but she did not. I was there the whole time and know what is going on.4 star because of the Dentist. 2 star because the assistant did not perform the routine cleaning but claimed she did. 0 star because no hand sanitation available. No alcohol, no sink to sanitize and clean hands. The dentist assistant handled an equipment that blows air into your mouth without gloves and without sanitizing hands. Real time observation. Wait time is 1hour or more.

They left a huge bone in my 8 year old daughter gums after removing her teeth. During the visit the nursing assistant who doesn’t even have a license as told to me by the owner of this place. Was very rude, turned her back to me while I was asking questions in regards to my daughter surgery. While the owner is answering the questions she just turned her back to me on instead of answering. She decided to continue cut me and him off while we were talking. No parents can go into the back while they perform surgery. My daughter was in pain for weeks waiting for the follow up appointment. When we were finally scheduled for the follow up. they wrote notes on my daughter folder saying her mom was rude, don’t reschedule this child. Which okay if they felt I was rude because I was asking questions about my daughter getting a surgery and getting put to sleep fine. Why have us come back to have a folder out with that written on it. Wrote it on my daughters prescription as well. I showed the owner the notes he apologized. Yet my daughter still has a bone in her gums that bothers her everyday everytime she eats and the silver cap on her back teeth moves everytime she eats. When scheduling the appointment the lady on the phone was soo excited at first until she realized only my child was Hispanic then she told me it’ll be a 30$ charge to schedule the appointment. That phone conversation should have made me say never mind. I was referred and trusted the referral so I still went and now they make appointments to check up on her gums and this bone they left in her gums and then cancel them every week. Yet it was a 30$ charge for me to schedule an appointment " just in case I cancelled" they’ve cancelled multiple appointments now. Knowing they left a bone in her gums. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARENT ONE OF THEM. IYKYK THAT SIMPLE. Sent a text tonight saying her appointment was cancelled then called after I left this review. I don’t trust these people anymore and can’t keep bringing my daughter into a situation with rage baiters. That note was left to try and get an reaction out of me. Which I didn’t give them, I just passed the note along and told the owner. The unlicensed nurse assistant walked by me multiple times rolling her eyes, laughing in the hallway very much kid highschool vibes. I wasn’t going to write this review it’s been at least 2 months then thought about other people trusting these people with their children and said I’ll write it. Trust this place with a grain of salt !

I called today because my son got work done last week, he started to have pain over the weekend. I called today 10/27 at 3:40 pm requesting an appointment asap. Lady was so kind (so I thought) to give me an appointment at 4:30 today. 25 minutes pass by and they told me there was 4 patients ahead still. I personally didn’t want to wait, so I asked for another appointment. The receptionist STEPHANIE caught a terrible attitude and told me "that’s why we tell patients to come at 2 after lunch when it’s less busy." She gave me another appointment until Nov 12, while my son has a toothache. I tried to ask her about the appointment and she rudely ignored me and walked away. She gave me that appointment over the phone and she was so rude for no reason when all I did was ask for another appointment and not waste their time as well.

The receptionist people were nice and the guy who did my xray was nice as well but the dentist was rude and giving me attitude and it was my first time being there. He didn't seem interested with my concerns . I won't be coming back and I also waited for an hour to be seen , people that got there after me were seen first it seems I was almost the last one to be seen and they couldn't give me an estimate on how soon I'd be looked that
