I have been going here for 4 years and I always love coming here. Always feel welcomed by everyone there and treated great. They have never failed me with anything.

Well, if your a person who hates to visit the dentist & just want to get it done with no surprises then this spot for you. I've been coming here for around 20 years. I show up, they do their work & I'm out. Keep up the great work!

The reason I've been going there for decades is trust. You can be assured that what is diagnosed is accurate. Many of my friends have been scammed into unnecessary work by other dental offices (and have kindly shared on review sites to warn others). In these friends' situations, the loss of money would have been bad enough, but I think in some cases, teeth could have been saved if a more ethical dental office like Ontario Family Dentistry had been involved. Finally, the staff is pleasant; the waiting area is family-friendly; and there's plenty of parking spaces in the back.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT MYSELF DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. I am looking into taking these guys to court over what they did to my teeth. Ive been trying to fix what they broke two years ago. I went back in and they tried to charge me again. Ive had to have a specialist work on my teeth and im still struggling with what they did. 10... YES 10 cavities is what they said. My current endo said he could look at my teeth and tell me they lied to me. I am now 5 re-attempts and redo root canals because of these people. PLEASE KEEP YOURSELF AND YOUR KIDS AWAY FROM HERE... The only reason I have to give one star is its required and the young lady that helped us was always super nice. But the male and female dentist, they can kick rocks. These people need to stop defrauding people... You ruin lives and God sees you. Update: it’s 2024 and I’m still dealing with the repercussions of coming to this place. I’ve had to have teeth extracted because the every filling was poor quality and has been leaking mercury into me for years! It’s caused bruxism which has now turned into TMJ. I’m now step by step every dime I get trying to reverse what they’ve done. Y’all are butchers. You’re so lucky I am not one to sue people. DO NOT GO HERE 2025 still having to undo the damage they’ve done. I had allergy panels done but someone who knew what they were doing and i can again confirm I allergic to what they put in my teeth. I told them and they don’t care.

This place is just so terrible, the workers are very rude, their service takes for everrrr, not to mention they don’t give you your receipt after payment and they also make you pay for things that you didn’t even get done, they told me I had multiple cavities but when I went to my new dentist they said I had none , their service is trash and won’t recommend wasting your money on them.

Wish I could give zero stars. They talk the talk but definitely do zero to actually take care of the customer. I waited for an appointment to do work on a tooth for almost 4 months just to get canceled, which I would not have found out about if I hadn't called ON MY WAY just to be told they called me the day before to cancel to a number that I have requested numerous times to get fixed as the number they kept calling hasn't existed since August. This was mid December. During my call I was told by Charlotte that she wasn't even sure why I was coming in as it should be done by a specialist which she said she told me about months ago, um no you didn't? And if you did, why would you have scheduled me ?? Long story short, many failed "ill call you back" attemps later, I ended up losing the last $600 insurance allotment I had left for the year because of this dentist and I needed that money towards a crown. Needless to say, after 6 months of back and forth (since august) I was forced to go to a different dentist and within 2 weeks had one of my teeth fixed. Save yourself time and DO NOT COME HERE. They don't even try to take responsibility for their lack of follow up and follow through and try to put in on the client. Im pretty sure its easier for me to remember what was told to me regarding my teeth versus them remembering what they told me since they see multiple patients. Unprofessional!

My wife is the patient here. I already knew that this place was great. But after what happen today (08-03-2022) this Ontario Family Dentistry will also be my Dentist clinic. We have Insurance but most of the times the Insurance don't cover much. My wife already had surgery on her left knee but she also needs surgery for her right knee. The Doctor gave her a form for the Dentist to fill out to make sure she doesn't have infection. Unfortunately my wife had two cavities and I didn't have all the money to pay today. I paid the co-payment but I still had a balance left so I had to make another appointment for my wife. My wife was sad because she thought she was going to get her clearance today. My wife can barely walk and she is in a lot of pain. But and Angel name Nichola the front desk receptionist help us out. She knew how important it was for my wife to get her clearance from the Dentist. She told me just pay the co-payment and you can pay us when ever you can and your wife will get her treatment today. People say that I always look serious but Nichola almost made me cry. Now in this days nobody does that for a patient. If you don't pay you don't get your treatment. Thank you Nichola you are amazing. God bless you always.
