Superior Dental Health - Omaha

First experience was positive! They accomplished more than I thought we would in that appointment & feel confident in the treatment plan. I learned a few things about my particular dental structure that I was not aware of- leads me to think I will have better health in the long run

It had been very long since I had been to the dentist so I went into this exam appointment with a lot of fear and anxiety. Every person I interacted with was so kind and understanding. Multiple people offered me a drink. The woman at the front desk helped me with my insurance, even called to confirm my visit would be covered when I didn’t have the right insurance card with me. I just felt very taken care of on my visit and they put my nerves at ease.

I really dislike this dentist office. The last time I went, I waited over 30 minutes for a cleaning - they didn’t finish and said I’d have to come back another day. They’re very disorganized and tried to have me pay someone else’s bill. After I corrected that, they tried to have me pay for fluoride which I opt out of. There is only one nice front desk lady (I forgot her name but she’s a petite dirty blonde haired lady). Everyone else in the office is so unprofessional and rude. They talk about other patients and their personal lives while with patients.

Dr Rita was so sweet and professional. She will be my go to dentist for sure. Superior Dental has been the best experience I’ve ever had.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Ryta. She was attentive in responding to my questions, thorough, gentle, and obviously loves dentistry and serving the needs of her patients. I believe I will enjoy the opportunity to work with her.

I LOVED the atmosphere and the treatment they gave me as a new customer, which included a tour of the facility, and a gift bag. I was impressed with the staff who explained each step in my treatment and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the care I received met my standards.

Spent a year with this dentistry. Not only did they overcharge me and my insurance but they didn't inform me of it. I had to hound them down to get a reimbursement of the remaining balance. On top of this, I have been trying to get my old X-Rays for my new dentist and am not 100% sure but I believe they are intentionally ignoring my calls (during working hours) because they are either upset I left or are upset I am writing honest reviews like this one. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. 0 stars if it was allowed.
