Summit Dental Health

I’ve been a patient at Summit Dental for a year and a half now. I never took good care of my teeth and ended up with an upper denture. I’de gotten an upper denture from a different facility years ago, but I never wore them because they were so uncomfortable. Not only was Dr. Samuels able to repair and save my bottom teeth… But he was able to fit me with a new upper denture, which fits so perfectly I don’t even require denture adhesive. The staff at Summit Dental are always very friendly and helpful. But I really knew I was in the right place by observing the happy camaraderie between the employees there. They are very friendly and helpful to each other also. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have since sent my niece there for fillings and crowns… And my mother to get a new pair of dentures, that will fit her correctly.

PLEASE READ before reaching out to this location. I do not want others to experience what I went through. I’ve gone to Summit Dental in Dundee for many years. However, my last few experiences have been extremely disappointing. The dental hygienist kept talking and trying to engage in conversation during the cleaning. Honestly, how would I be about to respond back with cleaning tools in my mouth? She was also rough and unfriendly. To be honest… a real odd individual. She asked me a question and I didn’t hear her. She rudely yelled in reply back " Fluoride! Do you want it?!" You could tell she doesn’t like her job and/or is at an unhappy place in life. The atmosphere has a bad energy and none welcoming feel. I know they are going through a remodel. All the staff members are unhappy and it shows. Staff members act annoyed when you ask questions. It’s all about volume of patients and $$$. Not about patient care. I moved away from the Omaha area, but continue to go back to Omaha for appointments. I have many other options. I will not go back and have shared my experience with other friends in the Omaha area. I know they have lost a few patients over this experience and I hope more will follow

The staff are down to earth and funny yet professional. The dentist and staff all worked to get my needs met with a quickness and even stayed late to get my paperwork thru for a fast authorization. I would highly recommend going to this office for a great experience. I will write another review after my work gets done.

Compassionate, professional, extremely helpful. Having state of the art technology . Under construction as they are expanding their space currently, but no hassles and very easy to access The staff at Summit Dental goes above and beyond to meet all dental needs . Very minimal wait time. Very kind, personable staff . Some real swell people to receive care from .😁

We waiting for 3 almost 4 month for the appt and the week of the appt they have to reschedule, the staff was rude when explaining we didn't want to wait longer for an appt. Maybe if we were rich and didnt have medicaid we would have gotten better service.

Elizabeth from Dundee Summit Dental has been the kindest, most professional front desk associate I have had the pleasure of speaking with. She took the time to genuinely review my benefits and assisted me to go forward with my procedures.

I’ve gone to this dental office for over 20 years - before it was Summit even. I have even moved out of state and had to check on getting my Invisalign trays updated and they not only made immediate arrangements to rescan my teeth on very short notice, but Dr. Remm made time in her busy schedule to reconnect after three years. The front desk staff is truly remarkable in the midst of a remodel. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
