Aspen Dental - Olathe, KS

My son had a wonderful experience here, he had a pretty severe cavity but Dr. Imran was able to quickly take care of the problem. She was extremely kind and efficient. Nevagh who did his cleaning was super sweet and did a great job. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. Google maps took us to the wrong area but thanks to the amazing ladies up front we were able to find the right location. We will definitely be coming back for all of our families dental needs.

I came here for a check up today and it was such a great experience! Everyone from the front desk to the operations manager were so helpful and so kind. I was seen my dr. Imran she was amazing. Madi took my X-rays and she was very considerate and gentle knowing i had some mouth pain. Unfortunately i did not catch the hygienists name but she was also very helpful they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease!!

Everyone was very friendly and actively made sure to explain what they were doing every step of the way on my first visit and why they were doing it. Everything was also very transparent when it came to pricing as they showed me every procedure available to me and how much it would be after insurance, so there were no surprises. Finding a new dentist is a daunting task, but I have no regretted my choice going to the Aspen Dental in Olathe.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could because I came here to get my teeth fixed a few months ago and I still had pain like my cavities weren’t ever fixed but online it said could take a few weeks to a month so I didn’t over react. I still can’t eat anything sugar or too cold without my teeth hurting and it’s been quite a Few months. Now I have a tooth completely chipped away and causing the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend to go to the 135th location for dental work even if it was free.

I went to Aspen Dental yesterday and they were very helpful & professional From the front desk ladies to the end it was a pleasant experience. Neveah was great at the x-ray and knew what she was doing. Anna was professional when giving me the findings. The office manager explained the financial part & worked with me. I’m going back looking forward to the visit.

Came in on Saturday and they could not verify my insurance pn the weekend. Told me they needed partial payment upfront. AFTER i paid they told me I would be getting that money back even if my insurance paid 100%. I told them to refund the money I did not agree. They refused to give me a receipt for payment or issue refund. I had the police go speak with them and they told they issued a reversal. The reversal never showed on my bank account.

Dr. Imram, Fouzia and all the staff were extremely helpful, and supportive. And I needed help, was able to schedule an appointment at 3 am after waking up in pain and they were just so awesome and looking forward to going back. Thank you!!!
