Anthony Marengo Jr., DDS, PA - Esthetic Enhancement

I’ve been seeing Dr. Marengo for many years. He always takes great care of my dental health. I’ve had a few issues, that were taken care of immediately (once for a crown that came off and also had to have a bridge re-cemented). Natalie is the Hygienist who I usually see for my cleaning. She’s always super friendly and very thorough. Great doctors and staff!

I have been a patient for about 14 years and I love Dr Marengo, Dr. Sylvester and the rest of the staff. I recommend all of my friends and family to this location. Today was probably the greatest experience in helping me on a holiday. I was in the middle of getting a cosmetic crown replaced and had my temporary bridge break last night. I called the emergency line at 10:00 p.m. and thought I would have to wait a day or two with the Thanksgiving holiday, but Dr Sylvester called me first thing at 7:00 a.m. and said he would meet me at the office immediately. He replaced two crowns on Thanksgiving morning. I'm so appreciative of him taking the time out of his holiday to repair the crowns, pain and sensitivity I was experiencing from the roots. I am eternally grateful. Now I'm back to my beautiful smile that I always get compliments on!

I have been a loyal customer of Aesthetic Enhancement dental office in Olathe. What I love the most about my dental office is their excellent customer service and relationship. I can trust them in all aspects and always received the best communication and treatment.

I used to really enjoy this office. The office staff was compassionate, attentive, and just amazing. It wasn't until I started having actual dental issues that it all went downhill. I had come to an appointment where whomever took me back to my chair didn't inform the doctor or his assistant that I was even here for an hour. Although the doctor did his best to make it up to me, it hasn't been the same. My family member also comes to this office to do some major dental work. They were scheduled a bunch of appointments for this whole process. They wrote out an appointment card for the next appointment at the end of their appointment. We came for that next appointment written on the card and the office staff said he did not have an appointment. Why would you give us an appointment card that you wrote and gave to us and then say the appointment doesn't exsist? So we drove 35 mins to get here just to turn around and drive another 35 mins home with no consideration that work had to be taken off for these appointments. Another failure in the office staff. That brings us to today. I was told if I need an adjustment for my mouthgaurd I can stop in any time since it only takes 5 mins. Yet here I am, needing an adjustment and they are saying they can schedule me an appointment. I am here now for a family members appointment yet they would prefer that I drive 35 mins to get here, have my night guard adjusted for 5 mins and then drive back the 35 mins the next day. I am not sure who has a job that allows for you to just up and leave middle of the day with little notice but clearly this office feels that is completely doable and a normal thing to ask of someone. To add the icing on the cake, the office staff then mocked me for being upset while I am here.Clearly unprofessional. They said they will try to fit me in if they can. I am at the point of seeing an oral surgeon for my dental issues and in pain and need an adjustment yet no compassion exsists here. While the doctor and the hygienist are nice people. The office staff is less than to be desired. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and general customer service skills is evident. These are the people who in a sense are the face of the office as they are the first point of contact and interaction. I can no longer justify driving out to this office anymore even while the hygienist and doctors are good. It's truly no longer worth it after multiple incidents. And even now while I am sitting here, waiting to see if they will even see me, I can here them speaking about a patient that they just got off the phone with about how the patient always has to have alot of adjustments. So kind to know that if you call and have a need that they will just talk complain about you and your needs when they get off the phone. Update- while I was in the back, it was overheard by my family member the front desk staff speaking about me in a negative way. If I could give zero stars I would. It's a shame that the office staff here is so childish. The hygienist and doctors here are great. No issue with them. It's not worth the stress and negativity to deal with the front desk staff. All of those ladies should be ashamed. Do better.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. I will.not leave this pratice. The dentists of course, are top level as well as the greeting staff. The first impession you receive could not be any better! Thay are very personable and make me feel welcomed and as if I was their only patient. Kim is amazing, she knows the business well a a 30 yr veteran. Additionslly, Jessica and Amy.are equally great employees. Flexible scheduling to meet my availability is painless and is appreciated. My dental assistant this trip was Erin. She is efficient, welcoming and went above and beyond to make me comfortable! I highly recommend this group at Esthetic Enhancements. You will never look for another practice after being here. I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my dental office! Each member of Dr. Marengo’s team makes you feel comfortable and welcome. And, it doesn’t hurt that aesthetics are always top of mind whenever they do any dental work!! This office is great!!

I love this place. It starts right from the reception, good smiles and a warm welcome. The hygienists are all nice and the doctors I have seen have been very friendly. This place makes the dental experience easy. My whole family comes here.
