The service at CFD was great! Dr Ratzlaff and her assistant Megan fixed me up really good. Exceptional service! And if that wasn’t enough the piece de resistance was when the officer manager Tammy Dawson told me the low down on my bill and how much insurance would cover. Tammy is worth her wait in gold. The sweetest employee CFD has! And thank you Micah for being there for me to. She’s pretty sweet too! All that to say I highly recommend CFD for all your dental needs! Go CFD!

First off. All the reviews say that this office is great. I will tell you that the front office people are not. You are in customer service and you should never talk to your patients like they are second class or like they are a piece of dirt that you sweep out at the end of the day.

Every single aspect of this dental office and its lovely employees is just purely splendid!! There is only care, love, and joy that fill the building. Every human being working and operating here is just simply beautiful, inside and out<3!!! My entire life has been nothing but anxiety, fear, and painful experiences with other dentistry professionals… but let me tell you that these people are the absolute best in Oklahoma!! Hell, maybe even the nation!!!!! These people are the pinnacle of perfection, and absolutely flawless in the work they do and gentle care they provide. Along with everything previously stated, I just have to add on the fact that they offer a brilliant payment plan service that certainly allows anyone and everyone no matter the financial situation, easy, convenient, and affordable, quality care in this economy. Heidi in the front office was a joy to work with. I encountered a small situation with my daughter, and she was not only helpful but also resolved the issue in a very professional manner. My daughter mentioned that the location is very clean, and the staff is kind and professional. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

All around a great experience! All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The dentist really took her time to explain everything to us and also went above and beyond to do a good job on our dental work. They also offer a membership for people like myself that don't have insurance that gives you 20% off of every procedure/visit!! So grateful that we found this place

This office was so kind and professional, thorough and efficient at the same time. They explained my options to me and let me know what I could do, and how long it could take before I even got started with them, along with potential costs and complications I could possibly expect with each option. I felt very comfortable and they definitely helped my outlook on the profession greatly... Courtney, the assistant today, was a wonderful lady and really took time out of her day to give me some insight on recent issues my family has had with our dental situations... she really is a gem. The staff is very kind and considerate as well as the drs. I have had several teeth pulled and implants put in and all went well.
