Customer Reviews
23rd Street Dental has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 based on over 462 reviews on Google
The doctor and his assistant were awesome! They were extremely professional and clear when discussing treatment options and im very happy with the treatment I received. I am leaving a five star review for them. Unfortunately, during payment 500 dollars was taken out of my account accidentally and I will not get a refund for a few days. I am not sure how this happened, if it was a system error or human error but 500 dollars is a lot of money to not have access to for an extended amount of time. Mistakes happen, I can cover it but they asked me to leave a review and it feels incomplete to not include this detail.
Felt peace when I walked in … . The whole place is the bomb Diddy bomb. Dr. Hyatt is awesome. Everybody was awesome. Had a great experience and I feel much much better. Moving my whole family over here from the ((((RAILROADED )) )DENTAL DEPO ! 23rd is the best experience I’ve had in years so thankful I found them .
The doctors, hygienists, and assistants here are all super sweet and wonderful! They’re very honest and forthcoming and really help ease your mind about going to the dentist. 10/10 recommend!
This place is awesome. I was scared to try and different place but I was surprised with the staff throughout the place. They are so friendly and make you feel safe and no pressure. They explain everything to you so you can make the right decision. You need to come and give them a try. They are also so much cheaper then my last 2 places I have gone before.
I had my first exam and cleaning today with Dr. Hyatt and hygienist Paige and it was a great experience. Both were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The took time to explain each step in the process and answered all my questions, making me feel at ease throughout the visit. I appreciate that they discussed several teeth whitening options and explained the benefit and cost of each. The office was clean, the staff was pleasant, and everyone seemed genuinely invested in providing quality patient care. I’m looking forward to my next appointment in July!
I was a bit frustrated with a few of the practices of this establishment. For one the new patient form felt like it asked for an excessive amount of personal information that didn’t feel necessary for seeing a new patient. Not to mention there was a section that asked about any preference or things I wanted to share about the upcoming appointment (which unnecessarily dragged the new patient form to be even longer) that seemed to have no relevance to my visit because all the staff had apparently not clue about any of the information I provided them and asked me the same questions anyway during my visit. Acquiring the x-rays felt rushed and like there was no regard for my comfort. Perhaps I’m out of the loop but I’ve never been to a dental office where I made an appointment just to have my teeth x-rayed. None of this had been communicated until the staff were finished x-raying my teeth to which they told me that the next cleaning session would be available 30 minutes from that point. This was extremely frustrating because I was under the impression the whole reason I made the appointment was to have my bi-annual cleaning done. While Dr. Hoang looked at my teeth, I felt like I wasn’t really kept in the loop on what was going on and received no rundown or explanation on what he was seeing. I had to ask him what was concerning him regarding my teeth otherwise I wouldn’t have known there’s a potential cavity forming on one of my teeth that I would need to be mindful of going forward. I then had to wait 40 minutes to be seen by the hygienist for a cleaning. At this point I was very tempted to ask to leave because I was feeling neglected, judged, and uncertain what exactly was going on with my teeth. The redeeming experience of my whole visit was when I was finally collected for my cleaning. The hygienist who performed the cleaning was very knowledgeable and professional with me. She asked me specific questions regarding my routines and what habits I had regarding my teeth and she clearly communicated with me on what she was seeing, what her concerns where, and happily answered any questions I had regarding what I could do to best help me with anything going on with my teeth. She diligently performed the cleaning and ensured that I was informed on what was going on with my teeth. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out because she’s honestly the only reason I have any intention on returning to this office.
Clinton and Sam, and Yesenia took care of my wife exceptionally fast. They are life savers
