This was a terrible experience! First, it takes a bit just to park because of the tiny parking lot. You have to seesaw your way in. The rooms are very dirty. On my first visit they took x-rays but they wouldn't do the panoramic xray because I had earrings in and instead of waiting for me to take them out they told me I would have to have the panoramic done on the next day. They said it would take too long for me to take my earrings out. On my second visit, the dental assistant was playing Cardi B and similar artists on the TV in the room that I was being worked on. The dentist questioned her but allowed this to go on. So I had to listen to foul language throughout that visit. On my third visit, I noticed a gob of mucus on the equipment along with other debris. The mucus wasn't mine. The panoramic xray room is the size of a small closet and is dirty and looks worse than a janitor closet. I initially had a 9:00 a.m. visit one day and I got a text saying they wanted to confirm my 10:00 a.m. appointment and when I questioned it I found out that they had changed the time of my appointment without my consent. But I agreed to come at 10:00 a.m. and confirmed the appointment. I then got another text and confirmed the appointment twice at which point they sent a third confirmation text that I ignored because it had already been confirmed. Soon after that I got an ALL CAPS confirmation text demanding I confirm the same appointment (a 4th time). I was quite upset about the aggressive behavior. Just before one of my visits, I woke up in terrible pain and needed assistance just getting out of bed and walking was extremely difficult, also requiring assistance. I have a lot of nerve problems, lower back problems and terrible arthritis. Some days are extremely difficult. I texted to let the office know that I was having a hard time walking and couldn't make it and instead of responding that morning they responded between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. at night telling me about their policies and how they might start charging me fees for missed appointments. I had only missed that one appointment. My pain was so bad I was nearing a medical emergency. Prior to this one missed appointment they were able to get me in for same day dental services and at most, next day dental services. (I can now see why they have such open availability). When I called to reschedule they pushed my appointment out by about 3 and 1/2 weeks and this was just to put a permanent crown on that was already made. A 5-minute job. This definitely felt intentional. Fast forward to 3 and 1/2 Weeks later and I go in to get the permanent crown put on and when the dentist and dental assistant couldn't pull out the temporary, the dentist told the assistant he wanted to give me novacaine to get it out. As far as I can remember with previous dentists, I've never had to get novocaine injected into my gums for them to slip off a temporary and put on a permanent. He did not ask my consent to inject me so I informed him that I did not want novacaine. I was already uncomfortable and disgusted with the office and the staff. I had a very uneasy feeling. So I told him that if an injection was required for a simple, mostly painless procedure, I would have to consider coming back another day. At this point the dentist became very defensive and rude in his communication with me. So I told him that I wanted my permanent tooth and I would take it to a different dentist to have it put on. He pointed at the tooth and said go ahead. I stood up to leave and grabbed my tooth off of the dirty tray and the dental assistant tried to stop me on my way out the door. But this time I had taken my husband to protect and watch over me, so thankfully I was able to walk right out past them. I would not step foot back into that office if they paid me. Even my husband was disgusted with the environment and supported my decision to leave.
Very bad experience, I took my two children because they had an appointment for cleaning, I arrived on time and they attended us very late and the assistant still did not want to attend to my youngest son, she told me that he was restless without even trying to check him, and when it was time to check out she made a ruede comment telling me that I have a lot of respect for me for having so much patience for these children, but with a bad face all the time. they’re not hygienic at all they do not use trays to put instruments. They write on the paper where they put the instruments with which they attend, I do not recommend this place at all really bad experienced. I will never come back
I have pretty severe depression, anxiety & the dentist scares me to death. Depression has caused me to neglect my oral health & now I’m paying the price. Had a broken tooth that recently started hurting. It was determined that the tooth was dying & my options were root canal or extraction. I can’t even begin to express how safe and comfortable Dr. Cook made me feel. Truly the absolute best dentist I have ever met in my 32 years. I will continue to see him for the rest of the work I need & cant recommend him enough!!
Horrible dentist he is disrespectful to his elderly clients as well as their assistants are rude to their clients. Absolutely appalled at how my family member was treated at this dentist. Will Never return to this dentist for charging my elderly family member after not even fixing what he made her pay for him to fix. She's still in pain.
Dr. Davila is genuinely one of the best and efficient dentists me and my family have gone too for years. He is very detailed oriented when describing the procedures before performing them which makes you feel alot more comfortable and at ease before he starts. He is also very attentive with your discomforts if any during the procedure alot of dentists dont care. 10/10 recommend him to every one and anyone that is looking for a good dentist. Also the staff there makes you feel right at home. Alex his front desk associate recieves you with a gorgeous smile and amazing attitude. Never disappointed with this office
Dr. Davila is amazing. He handled my husbands full on panic attack with compassion and understanding. He stopped what he was doing to talk my husband through getting his breathing back under control. Once he started back on the tooth, he would keep asking if he was okay. And speaking encouraging and comforting words through the rest of the procedure. Also the rest of the staff were amazing too. Thank you all so very much. Definitely one of the best dental offices out there.
Haydee was very informative and incredibly patient with me. She also did such an amazing job that I'm no longer self-conscious about smiling. I can not speak highly enough about the service I received.
