I would especially like to thank the team who handled my first treatment appointment for their kindness, professionalism, and the quality of care provided. I absolutely love this dental office! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcomed and truly cared for. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. Dr. Lizana is amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I’m so grateful to have found an office that makes every visit such a positive experience. I recently had my cleaning done by Sonia, and she was amazing, she took the time to explain how to better care for my teeth and gave me helpful tips I can use long-term. Every visit I’ve had here has been a great experience. The team does excellent work, whether it’s a routine cleaning or dental treatment. They’re also very transparent about insurance coverage and costs, which I truly appreciate. I always feel well taken care of and informed. I was initially referred to Smile Design by a friend and it was worth it. Staff members are always so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The doctors and specialists are great. They’ve taken care of all my tooth issues I had. Explain why I need certain procedures and give me options. Facility is always clean. They are truly the best. I literally drive and hour and half one way to go to them because I don’t trust anyone else with my dental matters and they’re even open on Saturdays. I recommend them to everyone and I will be a loyal patient for years to come!
