I am a new patient of Dr. Ben, and every visit is a great experience thus far. He has made the process much easier in getting a root canal and a bridge. His thorough plans and options helped understand what is needed for me and what the The office staff is always friendly and efficient, and I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time.Melanie the speciality coordinator took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciate how well-organized the clinic is and always feel comfortable and in good hands here. Highly recommended!

Northridge Dental… Amazing! The facility is super clean and well laid out. As well… despite the small face at the entry, this is a large facility with all the amenities! I had an amazing experience at the Northridge location thanks to Terri Gall, the dental assistant. From the moment I walked in, Terri made me feel comfortable and cared for. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly gentle throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, checked on me often to make sure I was okay, and truly went above and beyond to make my visit stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, kindness, and genuine attention to patients the way Terri does. She made what could have been a nerve-racking appointment so easy. If you come here, definitely ask for Terri, she’s amazing!

Dr. Ben is one of the most patient dentists I’ve ever had. As a high anxiety person with sensitive teeth, he was amazing during each of my treatments. The dental assistant Luma, was amazing. The gentlest, kindest person, who held my hand and eased me through the process. The best team and I highly recommend requesting this team on your next visit. I still don’t like the dentist but they make it the experience so much easier

Recently i had a partial crown and a filling done with Dr. Setareh and her assistant Lume and they made this process as smooth as possible for someone who has major dental anxiety giving me a stress ball for me to hold throughout the entire procedure. I am very thankful for the way they took care of me and thank you to Meleni for the payment plan to make this affordable for me during the holidays.

I had a horrible experience at this dentist. Was overcharged 800 for a procedure that was fully covered by my insurance. When I brought the issue to their attention, they took almost two weeks to "check with my insurance" about it and send my money back. The whole process was a nightmare. My dentist was constantly snippy to me to where I had to have a conversation about how she spoke to me, and left a rude note about me in my chart, and had the note open for me to see during my visit. This place is horrible and I no longer go there. They didn’t even apologize for overcharging me or delaying the refund.

Every encounter I came across was professional and courteous. My first interaction was with Meleni over the phone, she got me in right away. Dr Ben and his assistant Luma made the process of putting my crown in extremely easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dental work!
